I didn’t even know if it was true. — The night air was cool against my skin as I walked away from the chaos of the cabin. When I reached the edge, my breath caught in my throat. The view was breathtaking. The mountain range stretched endlessly, bathed in moonlight. Below, a river wound through the dense trees like a silver ribbon, sparkling under the stars. The sky was clear—constellations twinkling above, as if the universe had paused for just this moment.

Kayla Pov I woke up on the ground and sat up fast. I looked around and it looked like I was in the middle of some Rocky Mountains. There are volcanoes all around me, pouring out rivers of lava. It's all leading to a castle. The sky is a ray of colors; brown, gold, orange, red all swirling around them together. There are multiple suns in the sky, and I can feel the energy it's giving this plane. It's hot. Hot. I know I should be afraid, but this place feels so familiar to me.
