My Favourite Hero Novels & Stories

I hate to admit it but, no matter how hard I look at it, I just couldn't see anything dangerous about him. He seemed like a kind soul to me, one that I am grateful to have. My dark hero, the one who saved me from my impending doom and death. I just wouldn't tolerate it if someone said something bad about him in my presence. I wouldn't want anything to make him sad or feel any negative emotion.

"Yeah, a car that can change would be cool. So, is Bumblebee your favourite?" Max thought for a moment before shaking his head. "Nope. My favourite is Optimus Prime!" "Sure you are," Jullian responded, pretending to be serious. "The leader of the Autobots." "He's strong! And he can turn into a big truck! Daddy says that Optimus is a good leader, always protecting his friends," Max said excitedly. "Well then," said Jullian as he took a spoonful of ice cream, "who's cooler? Optimus or your Dad?"

“I choose all three.” The words land like a strike of lightning. Storm surges not outward, not violent just present, ancient and undeniable. “I choose Draven,” I say, turning slightly. “For his restraint. His loyalty. His willingness to kneel when power tells him to stand.” Draven’s throat works. He doesn’t look away. “I choose Daemon,” I continue, my gaze shifting. “For his fire. His defiance. For loving fiercely even when it terrifies him.”

Felza laughed out loud, “What a surprise? Most people hate books like this. What's your favorite?” I pressed my lips together, avoiding her gaze, “Well, the one you're reading right now.” I lied again, thinking of the next words to say, “I don't really have a favorite, but I enjoyed that book while reading.” “Killian is my favorite character.” She smiled, placing the book on the table, “It's like only I could understand what he's been passing through. I like his interaction with glydon, and the fact that it was a college romance made it even better.”

Hero shouted when Darwin fell on the cement, his voice sounding a mixture of warning and pleading. "You beast! We considered you as our friend but this is how you will repay us?" Darwin reproached Liam. Liam laughed. "I did not ask you to be my friend, nor did I force your female classmates to get close to me," he said proudly. "If you have someone to blame, it's Hero. He didn't warn you about me. He was afraid that when you found out about me, you would also know who he was--that he is a murderer. That she killed his girlfriend!"

"Well, I haven't really watched End game." I don't care for movies like that. I have no interest in Marvel or DC movies or anything relating to spiderman and the rest, but along with books, Lucas has taken a liking to those too. It's not like I'll end up watching the movie anyway. I know I'll be distracted from the text Gabriel sent; rather than from the fact that he texted me. "End game it is."
