I swiftly opened the door and slammed it shut, making sure that it was locked before I plopped down on the dusty couch. “That was close,” I said as I leaned my head on the backrest. I looked up at the ceiling as I remembered what had just happened in the packhouse. I lightly touched my lips and still felt some sparks on the sensitive area. I bit it and remembered the way the handsome man moved his lips against mine. Oh god. That was my first kiss. I just lost my first kiss to a stranger! To someone I don’t even know the name of! Well, granted that he is my mate, but it still doesn’t change the fact that we don’t know each other very well.

He slowly leans in and places his lips on mine moving it quickly, his hand on my cheek. This kiss is so gross, but I'm tipsy as fuck so I don't care at this point. The kiss lasted for about 10 seconds then I pulled away. I open my eyes to look at him and his cheeks are red. Aw he has a little crush, well he's going to get over it soon because I don't feel the same way. I look over to see Gina smirking, then to see Heaven... mad? Her face looks disgusted and I don't blame her, the kiss was gross.

I want to kiss him again, and because we are now married, I can. I kiss him, tasting the effervescent champagne still on his lips. We share our champagne kisses, knowing we will have many more. I kiss him, feeling my heart soar in my chest, remembering our first champagne kiss. It took twenty years, but Dean and I are finally together. Everything is perfect.
