Hero Alpha and Dying Stepdaughter

Hero Alpha and Dying Stepdaughter

Just a blurred shape with light tracing its edges from the window. "Alaric." No more "Alpha Ashford." Just his name. "I'm here." His voice came from very close. Then he took my hand and traced a character into my palm—"here." Because he knew I might not be able to hear much longer either. "I don't want to wait anymore," I said. There were no tubes in me. The Healer had been managing the decay with periodic Wolfsbane injections. But every dose only delayed an ending that was already written.

The Real Heroine Logs In

The Real Heroine Logs In

"She's just the real daughter my family recently took back. Because my parents favor her, she forcibly took over my max-level account– "And she even stole my personal photos to impersonate me and meet you!" Still crying, she slammed her battered laptop onto the table. The screen lit up with the game's login page. "This computer is proof! "The login credentials for the account have always been saved on my device! "She grew up outside, barely able to afford food–how could she possibly spend enough to become number one on the server?" Her tearful accusations dragged the temperature in the room straight to freezing. Cedric and Shadow froze, their gazes flickering uncertainly between the two of u

Briar Reef Murder Mystery

Briar Reef Murder Mystery

"I called the M.E. Pete, he won't have anything for us until tomorrow but he did say it was hydrofluoric acid, a very strong concentration. It was that that he thinks caused a pulmonary edema." "A what now?" "Plainly speaking it's an excess of fluid in the lungs, but the thing is, you can buy this acid from any hardware store and it's regularly used for household cleaning, in weaker concentrations of course. I'll need you to get on that right away. Go around to all the local hardware stores here, and a couple of the surrounding towns." "And what will you be doing?"

The Billionaire's Revenge

The Billionaire's Revenge

I mean, crazy, isn’t it? I asked her why, so she told that she got jealous. Woah, game is starting, girl. I can’t really believe that she can really love me. I burned her with the worst thing I can, that is Hydrochloric Acid. It would have left deep blisters and ulcers deep within her skin and her skin was completely burned. She would have lost all her tissues if she didn’t wash. I didn’t want her to become handicapped so soon, so I brought the water. And called the doctor, because that water would have just NO impact on that strong acid.

Replaced by the Hero’s Orphan

Replaced by the Hero’s Orphan

The day the new Pack House was finished, my mother, Aria, the Luna, announced the room assignments. Every space in the three-story mansion was claimed. The top floor was the Alpha and Luna’s suite. The room next to it—the biggest, the most beautiful, with moonstones embedded in the walls to soothe a wolf’s soul—was for Chloe. Chloe’s father died ten years ago in the Blood Moon War. He sacrificed himself to save my brother, Jasper. After that, my family adopted her. The whole pack treated her like a hero’s orphan, protecting her at all costs. I traced the blueprints with my finger. Room by room. My name wasn't there. I asked my mother. She paused, then spoke in that gentle, matter-of-fact ton

Alpha Creed

Alpha Creed

“If you trust Creed, then I’ll trust you. I just want… He took everything from me, Cherie! He ripped out my heart, stomped on it and just as it was healing, he repeated it with no remorse!” I don’t even know what to say to comfort her because that’s exactly what he did to her. It’s hard to believe he’s related to Creed when he’s the complete opposite of his Alpha. Where Creed’s eyes are brimming with emotion, Sage’s eyes hold nothing in them. Like staring into a chasm and being terrified of falling in.

Ugh.. such a wonderful story but so, so heartbreaking.. this one definitely rendered me speechless at the end, after an already emotional roller coaster throughout. So well written, though! As always, amazing job author. Excited to see what’s to come!

Ace

Ace

A hand swiftly caught my elbow, steadying me with a frustrated growl. "If you're not going to take the Advil or hydrate yourself then, at the very least, sit the fuck down because I don't plan on being your crutch," he seethed, picking me up and setting me on the cool countertop. Ace began tapping my cheek lightly, "come on, focus baby and just drink the damn water." He, then, grabbed the glass of water on the table and took a large sip of it, "See, I haven't put anything in it. If I wanted to kill you, I wouldn't drug you. That would show up in a toxicology report."

When I read books by this author they always play like a movie in my head. The details, the setting, the characters and the story line all flow so well. Such a talented writer. I am absolutely looking forward to reading "Jericho". Keep up the great work.

Revenge of The Broken Luna

Revenge of The Broken Luna

I couldn't lie to myself; I was quite impressed by how he had so easily managed to take the vials off of me without me even noticing. The ex beta of the blue moon pack, and Crystal's father, Gerrald writhed on the floor in pain, as the remaining amino acid ate through his flesh. He must have mixed it with some silver, because unlike the one of his face, these new wounds that had opened didn't heal back, or stop bleeding. He screamed and writhed in pain, while Andrew ran towards me, and I quickly turned my baby boy to face me, and covered his ears. His terrible and miserable screams of agony bounced on the walls and hit our eardrums in full speed. First, his flesh burned away, leaving the tis

Nicholas said still staring at me. I wrinkled my face at him. "Really?" "What?" "That's such a cheesy line and I've read it in too many romance novels to know what it means." | said and that seemed to have Nicholas interest because he sat up from the bed. "Oh yeah, what does it mean?” Nicholas asked with a smirk. I rolled my eyes at his piqued interest. "The hero says something like that to the heroine and she momentarily forgets herself. Before you know it, they are making sex memories."
