Carefree God of War

Carefree God of War

Even if they practiced for another two decades, they could not accomplish this at all. It could only be said that the ability of the person in front of them was much higher than that of them. An assassin said, “It looks like you are quite capable. Thomas ordered you to deal with us? Don’t waste your time. The members of Corps D'elite will never fail. I am also a person who appreciates talents. I can’t bear to kill you, so you should leave. We’ll only kill Thomas.” They were quite “kind”. The problem was that were they as capable as him?

The story is fast paced unlike most of the stories. I am thrilled to read each chapter. While the plot is similar with other novels of the same genre, I love the way the author develops each character. I also love it very much that chapters are longer and require less coins to open.

I don't think it is right to just quit from ur title being god of war. You have so much effort and sacrifices just to be in that title. Hardships in life will not end how can you depend your love ones if you are that powerless. Maybe you can leave temporarily but not resigned.

Rejected Ex-Luna, Come Back to Me

Rejected Ex-Luna, Come Back to Me

“That infamous professional assassin?” “Yeah,” I nodded. It seemed Tynan was more well-known that I thought. “Why should I help you find him?” he sneered and looked down at me. “You can use dark magic and have people like you everywhere. It’ll be easy to find him. I won’t waste my resources to find an unimportant person.” “He would be unimportant if he’s a normal assassin, but he’s not normal anymore,” I told him. “What do you mean?” he asked with narrowed eyes.

The Return of the War Legate

The Return of the War Legate

None of the assassins had imagined that Adrian would still be standing after being attacked by that volley of bullets, let alone him getting close to them. Everyone immediately threw aside their guns and pulled out daggers from their waists before surrounding Adrian. However, they had no idea that the hero of Navia excelled at close-range combat. The assassins reflected the sun’s rays using their blades, hoping to blind Adrian but there was no way he was going to allow them to get the jump on him. After all, his title as Navia’s hero was not just for show. Following the agonized screams, the assassins dropped one by one. No matter where Adrian passed, his dagger seemed to have grown eyes of

The Vengeance of the Crimson Blade

The Vengeance of the Crimson Blade

"In the dark world, an assassin who failed to kill his/her targets is called 'Shībài'. This is the reason why this mister who is gentle like grass didn't aim at Securityguard's critical point: the head, the chest, and the stomach; but instead, he hit the limbs which have an 80 percent chance of survival. While that shivering man called Y, his too easy to read and extremely no good in this field more so he seemed kind-hearted. And that madman, I can't felt his bloodthirstiness instead only wrath. He's a good example of all bark but no bite. Hence, they all afraid to kill a person. A failure in this field, a Shībài." All three of them grow in silence. Zitrey nailed all of their weaknesses. Kat

The story starts with a good prologue where the main character defines herself as the son of the family. While reading I thought it was one of those stories that I could predict what would happen next which wasn't the case. It surprises you in a positive way. Catchy! Waiting for the next chapters!

Pang said seriously as he tried a different position, he approached Vin's lower part and separates Vin's leg, and kneel in the middle of Vin's legs. "Fuck! Fuck! I'm scared, Pang. Please make it slow and gentle." Vin pleaded with a trembling voice. It's so amusing seeing an assassin plead to take him slow and gentle when his job involves killing people without hesitation and remorse, I assume that by now Vin should be used with the pain, but I guess I've been so fed up with all the books I've read that I generalized every assassin. In conclusion, not all assassin is immune to pain, they also have feelings but this doesn't change the fact that they are bad guys. Luciano and everyone in this y

Ashton's character is a bit static on the first volume and good thing there is volume2, I can see Ashton's character development on the volume2. I love it that from being fragile & submissive, Ashton is now a badass grown-up lad, I feel like Ashton's going to be an assassin. What a turn of events.?

I'm half way through the novel and I'm dropping this review to ask you a question, I'm just wondering if you're going to write a story starring the side characters like I'm dying to know what happened to Rex and Nick? Their sadist/masochist relationship is so intriguing. Please I need to read it. ?

Honor Bound

Honor Bound

"A forest fairy is being sold right before my eyes. I can't just hide here and watch!" "Oh, so you're a conservationist now?" He raised a brow. "You're an assassin, and I thought assassins weren't supposed to perform any voluntary action towards anyone but their target? You're supposed to not care about any other lives but your target, are you not?" Her stare on him sharpened but her lips remained shut. When he thought he'd finally convince her, a heavy jab escaped his defenses and collided with his jaw. He staggered back a few steps, caught off-guard by her sudden attack.

His Willing Captive

His Willing Captive

This is a dream come true. There’s so much happiness in my heart I’m going to burst. But at the same time, I felt scared and unsure of the future. I think it was too soon to feel these things but I don’t know it felt like it was been there all along. Did he felt the same way for me? He's an assassin. Or I thought he is. I've lived with assassins my whole life the way they move or think isn't new to me. And I'm a runaway princess.

Moonlight Knows My Name

Moonlight Knows My Name

I felt my bone protest, felt my muscles tear, I staggered but stayed upright, refusing to give the bastard the satisfaction of seeing me fall. Malik’s roar shook the trees as he struck with everything he had, the assassin twisted away at the last second, blade tearing free from my shoulder as they retreated in a blur of motion. Blood soaked my sleeve but I barely felt adrenaline flooding my system. Backup arrived then, a little too late, shouts echoed through the trees as wolves burst into the clearing, weapons raised. The assassin paused just long enough to look at us again. I hated the smug look of satisfaction “It’s a good thing you both walked together,” they said, voice carrying easily

Once His Wallflower, Now His Biggest Mistake

Once His Wallflower, Now His Biggest Mistake

"I deserve it because I had the world in my hands and I called it a wallflower. I treated Evelyn like she was a background character in the story of my life. I let her wither while I chased ghosts and ego. I am the architect of my own hell, Ann. You aren't an assassin right now. You’re a janitor. You’re just cleaning up the mess I made of a good woman’s life." The pressure of the gun against my skull didn't waver, but I heard her intake of breath. It was sharp, a hitch in her rhythm. "You're pathetic," she hissed, though the conviction was leaking out of her tone. "I am," I agreed. "I’m a man who slept in a trash bin tonight because I thought I could still be a hero. But there are no heroes

My Seven Gorgeous Women

My Seven Gorgeous Women

Hero raged, smashing the marble table in front of him. He had clearly seen Chase leave the city yesterday. How could he have suddenly vanished? Feeling like he had been played, Hero roared in anger. Beside him, Hoss' expression was equally grim. "Mr. Hero, this is indeed peculiar. I suspect someone powerful is secretly protecting him. Otherwise, how could the assassin I arranged have failed?" Hoss gritted his teeth. "But over the years, I've had people investigate Chase. Clues suggest he's intelligent and a natural martial arts talent."
