Wolf Den

Wolf Den

But suddenly his nose scrunched up as he realized Alexander had combined the names. "It's Cartesian not Decartesian!" Ash replied but Alexander just grinned wider as he replied with a simple, "Touché." Not a moment later, Alexnder returned to Ash side and laid the map out on the table. This time, it was Alexander who started the conversation as he finally caught on to Ash thinking.

Mafia's Obsession for his soon to be ex-wife

Mafia's Obsession for his soon to be ex-wife

Nathaniel spoke in an accusation tone. Dante remained composed despite the heat from the other man. The Scions and the Rivera family are arch rivals. If Nathaniel could kill Alexander, he would have done it ages ago. Nathaniel absolutely hates Alexander, because its the latter who almost killed the entire Scion clan. Its a miracle that even Nathaniel could even survive the brutal attack. Alexander rose to power, while Nathaniel was thrown into exile. Not just the Scions, Alexander crushed too many families to rise to where he was now, the absolute power holder whom no one could beat or disobey. Only Dante managed to scare that man so far. "You heard it right" Dante confirmed.

I’ve read all your novels and truly admire your amazing writing. However, I felt a bit disappointed again with the abrupt ending, this isn’t your usual style. Your other books have such beautiful conclusions; this one could have been finished more gracefully.

BRED FOR DUTY

BRED FOR DUTY

“I said who goes there!” Xander took a step out of his hiding place, behind a tree. His head bowed respectfully to her title, also, in an attempt to hide the smile splitting his face. “No need to fear, Princess, it is I Alexander son of Crone.” “Oh!” Xander snuck a peak and saw how Adalia studied him suspiciously. Then suddenly, as if a spark lit in her mind, her expression changed. “Is there a war? A great battle in which my father and I will crush those vile rebels under our feet. We will make them submit to the points of our blades and arrows. Finally a great battle!”

Revenge to the Mafia

Revenge to the Mafia

Cassandra looked up, her eyes locking onto Alexander’s sharp stare. “I can see it on your face,” he continued. Cassandra bit her lip. “I just… don’t know what to do.” Alexander leaned forward slightly. “You know who’s behind all of this, don’t you?” Cassandra averted her gaze. “Yes.” “Who?” Cassandra hesitated for a moment before finally whispering, “Leonardo Franches.” Alexander clenched his fists. “Son of a bitch.” He stood up, pacing the room. “So this is a civil war? Antonio against his own brother?”

FROM REJECTED TO BECOMING THE ALPHA KING'S OBSESSION

FROM REJECTED TO BECOMING THE ALPHA KING'S OBSESSION

With that he turned and left. It didn't take up to a minute before Alpha Alexander stepped in. He was large, just as big as Lucian, and I wasn't sure who was taller because Lucian certainly had the height. For a second it made me wonder who'd actually win in a war. The answer seemed more obvious to be Lucian, he was a Royal, but sometimes told me this man wasn't going to let him have it so easily.

One of the Grishan witches knows who Ayla is, and that's why they are after her. But is it to kill her or use her powers. Was it Arnold's mother or Acacia that left her in the woods closest to the Red River? Please author make double updates, the suspense and unanswered questions are killing me.

A Breeder For Alpha Alexandros

A Breeder For Alpha Alexandros

He said, but I didn't say anything, nor did I move. "Pl... pl.. please help me. I don't know wha.. what.. I haven't done this before, your highness." I stammered, pleading for mercy as my confidence suddenly disappeared again. This was Alpha Alexandros, who doesn't care about what you want. He just does as he pleases. I just couldn't allow this man to do anything to me.

The Rebirth of The Betrayed Luna

The Rebirth of The Betrayed Luna

The battle was over. Alexander was holding Natalie’s hand in his hand as they were looking at the horrible scene in front of them. They fought like it was the battle of their lives, and maybe it was because right now they realized that all their enemies are dead. Jerel, the foxes, the hears, the rogues. They were all dead. “It’s over!” Alex whispered, and as soon he said that he couldn’t hold it and even if everything around them was looking like hell he pulled Natalie and lifted her in the air, forcing her to wrap her legs around his hips.

The War God Alpha's Arranged Bride

The War God Alpha's Arranged Bride

“Once everyone knows you’ll be in a wheelchair forever, the soldiers will leave.” Alexander, however, wasn’t bothered. “My army has been recruited and trained by me. Even in a wheelchair, I would still be more effective than you. Even if he never stood up again, you and Michael would struggle to control them.” Based on Henry’s baffled look, something told me that he had already tried to do so in the past, but failed. Alexander’s father was clearly humiliated and prepared to leave with Caroline in tow. This entire ordeal confirmed my suspicions that Alexander and his family were truly on opposing sides.

The Last Alpha King - Mists of Time

The Last Alpha King - Mists of Time

“How much do you know about your mate Rosalie?” “Alexander? What does this have to do with him?” “He made a lot of enemies on the continent you know.” She continued, avoiding my question. “He fought with a bloodlust that even most vampires do not have. It was really quite amazing to watch. Even his enemies were in awe of him. His presence of mind, his fighting skill. He was the envy of the continental army. But then he returned home and those of us that would have his head, had to wait patiently in the wings before we could have a chance.

Can’t wait for book 2! Loved this story and the fact that there were no loose ends. Surely some minor typing errors were made, but that’s can be expected. I’ve made some of my own assumptions on some lines in the book and read along perfectly, while English is not my native language. Recommend it!!

I picked this book for while I was waiting on four others to update. Intending it to be a in between story. However I couldn’t put it down. I started reading it at 8pm and stayed up until 4am knowing I had to be up at 6am. It was a long day, but I loved the book! Can’t wait for the 2nd book!

Frequently Asked Questions

I've always been fascinated by how 'The Tsar Who Defeated Napoleon' portrays Alexander I's transformation—it's like watching a historical character study unfold. The book really dives into his post-war disillusionment, how the weight of ruling after such a monumental victory hollowed him out. There’s this haunting passage where he starts questioning whether defeating Napoleon even mattered, given the political unrest simmering in Russia. The narrative doesn’t shy away from his later years, either—his sudden death in Taganrog under mysterious circumstances feels almost symbolic, like the final act of a Shakespearean tragedy.

What stuck with me most, though, was the contrast between his public image as Europe’s liberator and his private despair. The author weaves in letters and diary entries that show a man crumbling under the pressure of his own ideals. It’s not just a biography; it’s a meditation on how victory can sometimes be the beginning of downfall.
