A luxurious car appearing in a normal part of the neighborhood made the neighbors come out to have a look. “My brother!” Seeing Luna and Neil walking over from the distance, Nellie excitedly got down from the car and ran over to them quickly. After such a long time, she could finally call Neil her brother openly! She pounced on the helpless Neil as she embraced him tightly. He helplessly sighed. “Okay, okay. We see each other every day. V. The whole time, Trent kept reminding himself, the right and decent thing to do was not to read another word. Can’t we read something with a hopeful romance?”

His hands on the wheel looked almost relaxed. We ended up at this little neighborhood on the edge of the city I’d never been to before. Not the shiny downtown parts or the dangerous corners. Just normal streets with normal people. Kids riding bikes. An old lady walking her dog. Nico parked outside a small bookstore that looked like it had been there forever. The sign was faded, and books were stacked in the windows like they were trying to spill out onto the sidewalk. “Bookstore?” I asked, raising an eyebrow as we got out.

It's a true story about a girl named, Mary Rose, who has to deal with her drug addiction and boys. The book interests me. I show Jack. "Out of every book in this store, you choose the one about an addict?" Jack raises his eyebrows. I shrug.
