They seemed to enjoy each other’s company. In the corner of the room, Linda was standing still, watching Natasha with cold eyes. She still hated Natasha, even after all this time. She didn’t like the fact that Natasha always got attention and looked so confident. She hated seeing her close to Jasier, and no one could convince her that she wasn't seducing him. Linda threw another glance at Natasha, then she smiled to herself. She picked up a glass of wine and slowly walked toward Natasha, pretending to join the conversation.

Panic surged within me, but I tried to keep my voice steady. “What do you mean, you lied?” I demanded, my voice trembling despite my efforts to remain calm. Dr. Adam’s smile faded, replaced by a chilling expression that sent shivers down my spine. “You, Linda,” He said softly, his ice blue eyes locking onto mine with unsettling intensity, “You’re not going to another room as you already can tell, you’re going to a little place called ‘Pay Back’.”
