BOUGHT BY THE ALPHA WHO DESPISES ME

BOUGHT BY THE ALPHA WHO DESPISES ME

I saw Conrad being beheaded ansi screamed My chest tightened painfully. “No” I turned to the other side and there were more destruction and more death. And in the middle of it all Bastian was standing untouched and smiling. “No…” I whispered again. “This is one possible future,” the Moon Goddess said calmly behind me. “One?” I snapped, turning to her. “This isn’t possible this is a massacre!” “It is war.” “No, this is slaughter!” She didn’t argue i turned back and saw more cities burning. Creatures wolves, witches, others I didn’t even recognize were falling under something unstoppable ans darkness was destroying everything.

Black Network

"How do we kill it?" "The next sync hits at dawn," Noah said, his fingers hovering over the keys. "I’ve got a phantom script ready. The phone carries it in, the laptop unpacks it, and we own his credentials." "How long do you have?" Lina asked. "Twelve seconds. After that, the handshake closes and their security wakes up." "Twelve seconds to win a war?" "Twelve seconds is a lifetime for a pro," Noah shot back. "I’ll have his entire server on a drive before he even finishes his first sip of coffee."

The bots had become so skilled that killing them in 20 seconds was just impossible. His vision grew dark and vivid. Information from the battle was streamlining inside his brain. Every unnecessary information started disappearing from his vision. At a certain point, his focus turned so terrifying that all he could see was the vulnerable parts of their bodies.

Hello Everyone! i hope you still remember me. I've made you suffered enough, haven't I? Sorry about that... but good news is ... I'm finally getting my groove back. Second part is gonna be back soon for the wonderful people who stuck for so long(which I never expected).

Bound by Blood

Bound by Blood

Someone wasn’t breaking into my network; they were standing at the center of it. A jagged memory flashed in my mind, buried under years of violence and absolute control. A warehouse near the docks. A choice made in the dark. A network built in total secrecy, and a name I had refused to think about for a decade. “You built me,” the voice murmured from the wall panel, “but you never thought I would evolve.” My hand froze over the manual keys. “You’re dead.” “Not everything that disappears dies.” The system hummed louder, and then I heard it, a faint, dragging scuffle from somewhere deep within the structure.

Using my code as the president to log in, inputting his name Ronan Nightshade, the program begins scanning. Then, the screen flashed after a few seconds. SIGNAL, NOT FOUND. My eyes narrow as i run it again, but the same message pops up. Then a new text pops up, STUDENT : RONAN NIGHTSHADE STATUS : DELETED. Something shatters inside me, deleted like he never existed, i throw the phone across the room, and it explodes into pieces. Dax steps forward cautiously. “Kieran … calm down.” “I'm calm, track Ethan." My voice comes out eerily calm.

“It’s my alpha aura. I can command anyone in the pack. I can also temporarily halt someone outside the pack. But it only works for a few seconds. I tried to do it to you actually, but it didn’t work. I’m guessing because you have alpha blood.” “Oh, I see,” I replied, and then I recalled how Hugo had expressed that I’d done the same to him. “Come on, why don’t you come meet my mom?” Alex grabbed my hand. “I’d like to introduce you.” “Maybe this was a bad idea.” I winced. Looking around, familiar feelings began flooding back—depression, pain, fear, confusion. I became light-headed, my legs weak, recalling everything that had happened since my mother was murdered. I thought I was going to pass

I thought this book was well developed and I loved how it the story contined on involving both Alex and Blake's pack. I felt this story had more self reflection and perhaps self doubt with some of the MCs. But, honestly I think that is what made the bonds stronger and independently grow.

This book is already so much better than the first. I'm hoping that Jasmine doesn't remain a doormat with Lucy and she gets her comeuppance. I also hope Luke regrets his decision and becomes jealous. Jasmine deserves better than those 2. love Blake! Talia and Alex story definitely intriguing.

I said, handing him the paper. He took the crumpled note, skimmed the message then popped the locks. "In the back," he said, motioning with his thumb. We pulled away from the curb and I shuddered. Even with the growing distance between us, I could feel the tattooed man's murderous gaze, signing my death warrant. The streets flew by my window, blurring into one long, pastel streak. Not that I cared. The walled cities always looked the same, with every building a minimum of two stories high, painted in one of four pastel shades and a single coded steel door at its front.

"There's not enough!" Bobby frowned and looked up just as Ursula cursed and slammed her hand on the counter. It had only been a couple of hours since the attack on Johnny. The air still still tasted of his life essence. It danced on the tip of Bobby's tongue, teasing their taste buds and appetite. It was like walking into a kitchen after a roast chicken had been cooked in the oven or bacon had sizzled in a pan on the cooker. The actual temptation was gone but the remnants still lingered in the air to tease anyone who hadn't been around to savour the goods. For a vampire as old as Bobby, just that faint vapour that clung to every molecule of air or had seeped into Alex's skin was enough to pr

Chains of Fortune: Beneath the Blackwood Name

Chains of Fortune: Beneath the Blackwood Name

I launched the gambit. Code burned through the cathedral. Not his code. Mine. Woven through my bloodstream. Syllables of flame. Runes carved in nerve endings. It wasn’t just a virus. It was a song. A pulse of defiance. The echo of every girl the Architect had ever broken. Now weaponized. He screamed. The world shuddered. The grid bled. But I didn’t stop. Outside the node, alarms blared. Lucien shouted. Clara cried out, “Her neural pattern’s spiking—”
