“But I do need to show you something.” She takes my hand and leads me to her desk. Opening a drawer, she pulls out a small stack of papers. She holds them out to me, and I take the stack. I replied. Nicolas took a book down at random. His face twisted as he flipped through the pages. His obvious discomfort had my attention. Even though the book was upside down to me, the contents could not be mistaken. Miss Evens was quite the artist despite the gruesome nature of these sketches. "Pretty Lady, it's me hurry up and open the door" Just as Noah slammed the door harder, it was pulled opened from the inside. The little fellows hands stopped in the air as he stared at Bonnie who was dressed in a nightwear and had a curvy body. Bonnie opened tbe door, covering her mouth with her hand as she opened the door. When she gazed at the little thing under her sleepy eyes, she immediately woke up.

A piece of paper fluttered out. It was a drawing. Crayons on construction paper. Catherine picked it up, and her blood ran cold. The drawing showed two stick figures standing on a jagged white line (the ice). One was labelled "Daddy," drawn in blue. The other was labelled "Sad Man," drawn in red. They were fighting. But above them, the sky was ripped open. A black hole was drawn in the clouds. And coming out of the hole wasn't light. It was a tentacle. A massive, black, spiraling limb covered in eyes.

The entire composition was dark and strained, filled with tension. In my mind, I added a sharp, vivid emerald green to the cat's eyes. The next morning, Hayden burst into my studio, his face full of rage. "Connor! You have to see this. Bonnie is just unbelievable!" He slammed his phone on my desk. On the screen was Bonnie's latest post, uploaded at dawn today. It was a flawless oil sketch of a black cat crouched on a windowsill, its eyes gleaming with a shade of emerald green I knew better than anyone.

I had unknowingly closed my eyes. But when I opened them, the two alphas were face to face. He was foaming at the mouth as he banged against the glass, ramming it with his whole body as it shook. Dr. Dawson smirked. He taped the glass with a mocking expression. As the specimen had nothing he could think of doing for more intimidation. He started to pace back and forth, staring Dr. Dawson down, growling at him and baring his teeth.

I said as I went to my bag and brought out the pocket knife. I grabbed onto it and slicked open the palm of my hand causing blood to gush out. I squeezed it onto the bowl and watched as my hand started healing. I wiped my bloodstains of the knife of my clothes and handed it over to the leader of the Shadow Wolves and he did the same on his bowl before placing the knife back on the floor. As the candle fire danced all around, I started to make chants and noises. I didn't know how long that lasted untill I looked back into the two bowls and I saw that the DNA on both bowls were the Same.

Bonnie's POV. "Bonnie?" He called out in disbelief, blinking repeatedly at me, to probably be sure I was the one. I was lost too, because how could this be happening. What was going on? Why the hell was I in bed with Jeremy, naked and why does my entire body all seem to be hurting? I saw him last night, making out with Pearl on the sofa in the living room, so how come he was now, naked beside me? "Bonnie, what have you done?" Rage flashed in Jeremy's eyes as he grabbed me, his nails digging into my flesh as his voice jolted memories that flew back into my mind.

She flipped that page over and saw photos of the crime scene. The pictures showed broken furniture, bloody claw marks on the floor, and a small pool of blood. She could only imagine that it came from Jesse raping her. She shivered as the dreams came back. She closed her eyes as the memories flashed before her. She was screaming as he dragged her across the floor. Her hands were tied behind her back and she had dug her nails in to try to stop him from dragging her. It hadn’t worked. She opened her eyes and looked at Kevin. He looked sad. She flinched when he reached across the table and wiped his thumb down her cheek. She hadn’t even realized she was crying.
