Harrison lifted the spoon and brought it to her lips, forcing a smile that even he found repulsive.
"That's better," Winona said contentedly as she sipped on the mushroom soup.
Leaning against him, she whispered, "I don't want to live elsewhere. It's inconvenient. Take me back to your mansion."
"Winona, don't push your luck!"
"How is that pushing my luck?"
Winona stroked her belly, her smile tinged with both innocence and cruelty. "I just want the baby to get used to its home early. I promise this is the last thing. Just move me into your mansion. Once I give birth, we'll be even. But…"
