Sad to say, this is probably as Christmassy as I'm going to get. Oh let me introduce myself, my name is Evangeline Snow and am just a simple boring girl, who spends her nights and days indoors. I'm kind of like an introvert, it's just not in my personality to be too rash or hasty. Am the kind of girl that likes to think things through before rushing into anything. Or at least I thought I was! Until that one night which changed everything about me and my prospective about life. That day literally changed everything and I had no idea what bombshell was coming my way..

This is my first English novel and has a grammar mistake and two Pov's in a single chapter. Read at your own will but I gurantee you if you ignore the mistake then you will love the plot and how the story will go. This novel is full of suspense, Romance, Thrill and amazing twist. You all will loved it. Again I'm repeating please ignore grammatical mistakes and this story has many Pov's. Its not a long story. You all will loved it.

My mind wandered to how close he was. How alone we were. “Tell me something,” I said finally. “Why’d you become a librarian? You don’t seem like the type who likes being stuck behind a desk all day.” Mr. Kane exhaled softly. “Books don’t talk back. They don’t expect small talk. I like the order. And the stories. What about you? History major with a focus on obscure trade? That’s not common.”

She poured herself another glass of cheap red, already on her third, and dropped onto the couch in her pencil skirt and blouse, buttons half undone. The city lights through the rain-streaked windows. Her laptop was still open on the coffee table, case files glowing like accusatory little rectangles. She should sleep. Instead she reached for the dusty old book she’d bought on a drunken whim two years ago at that weird occult shop downtown. *Daemonologie for the Modern Woman.* Stupid. But tonight it felt like the right kind of stupid. She flipped it open, scanned a page at random, and slurred the words under her breath. Latin? Probably, didn’t matter.
