The Rogues Who Went Rogue

The Rogues Who Went Rogue

“I’ve never touched you in the years you were here, have I?” He knew of the existence of this factory but it was just labeled as ‘poison production’ in his system’s archive. When the business started decades ago, it didn’t have a large variety of poisons. Although Greg got his people to keep tabs on all rogue businesses, skimming through how each one grew or deteriorated, Greg didn’t have information that was kept on paper since he couldn’t hack into those. For whatever he could hack into, he learned that time did help Ruby Lyworth scale her business.

This bookie was as good as the first. I took a break from reading while dealing with my father’s passing so I love that even though there are sad parts, this book and your other Lucianne Paw book I have read so far. I can’t wait to get through the next and look forward to the last 3 books as well.

Loved all books so far!! I'm under the impression that (Chri-)Stina (?!) will surprise us further in the future! I would appreciate a relpy concerning whether she has ties with hellenic culture, since she is using lots of hellenic names in a specific story. Book #4 was a nice surprise for me!

SOLD TO THE MAFIA HEIR

SOLD TO THE MAFIA HEIR

But we don’t have a choice. “Where?” Enzo asks, his eyes scouring the shadows. “An old factory,” Vincent says. “Their base of operations.” “Perfect,” Enzo mutters. “Just where I wanted to be.” I can’t help but smile, despite everything. “Afraid of a little dust?” “Afraid of what’s waiting inside,” he continues, his voice serious. “Stay sharp.” The factory looms ahead, its windows smashed, its walls disintegrating. It’s a site of death and decay, perfect for what’s about to unfold. We slip inside, the darkness taking us entirely.

Mike nodded, signalling Lucas to drive to the factory. The journey from the city centre took over an hour and thirty minutes later, as the factory was located far from residential areas due to how big it was. After about an hour, Lucas drove through the gates of Crawford Industries. "I haven’t been here in a while," Nathan murmured, looking around. Though the factory had undergone renovations over the years, the layout remained the same as when his mother used to bring him here. **Flash back** "Nathan, do you know what this place means?" Ruth Crawford’s voice echoed in his mind.
