One of my all-time favorites is 'Mistborn' by Brandon Sanderson—it’s got this incredible magic system based on metals that’s easy to grasp but deep enough to feel satisfying. The characters are relatable, especially Vin, who starts off unsure of herself but grows so much. Sanderson’s writing is clear and engaging, without drowning you in lore upfront. Plus, the heist-style plot keeps things moving at a great pace.

Another fantastic pick is 'The Name of the Wind' by Patrick Rothfuss. The prose is just chef’s kiss—lyrical but not flowery, and Kvothe’s story feels like listening to a friend recount their wildest adventures. It’s more character-driven than some epic fantasies, which makes it super accessible. If you want something lighter, 'Howl’s Moving Castle' by Diana Wynne Jones is pure whimsy with a cozy, almost fairy-tale vibe. The humor and heart in it are perfect for newcomers. Honestly, any of these could hook someone for life on fantasy.

Memang koleksi bestseller internasional terbaru jarang ada, tapi buat yang cari bacaan serius tanpa gangguan, opsi ini paling aman dan legal. Kadang perlu sabar menunggu untuk buku yang populer karena sistem antriannya, tapi setidaknya tidak ada rasa was-was kena malware atau iklan pop-up yang mengganggu fokus baca.
