Some chairs were removed. In their place, a long central table was arranged— Now filled with an impressive display of fine wine. Crystal bottles gleamed under the lights. Among them were: Château Margaux 2005 Screaming Eagle Cabernet Sauvignon 2012 Romanée-Conti Grand Cru Penfolds Grange Shiraz Each one— Worth a fortune. Each one— A statement. — Then— The Grand Elder stepped forward once again. Microphone in hand. "Everyone," he said.

Every time he called him by his surname, he felt his blood boil with anger and frustration. Brooklyn gazed at the vast and beautiful vineyards stretching for miles on either side as the car sped to some unknown destination. “These are all Pinot noir grapes. Our Willamette Valley Winery is known for its much sought-after Pinot Noir and increasingly for Chardonnay – the two main base grapes used to make Champagne. Today Ardolf Wineries here is one of the world’s leaders in Sparkling production,” he said, making Brooklyn’s eyes wide as she absorbed the information.

Helen POV Three waiters came out to the table with the bottles of wine -four of them in total, one I knew was meant for me while three were there for Justin- alongside the wine glasses which were stacked into an intricate pyramid. They made sure the glasses touched just so on their edges before pouring the bottles of wine one flight at a time. The bottom layer was a deep red cabernet sauvignon, while a rich merlot was poured into the glasses atop it, and the third flight at the peak was made up of a beautiful Malbec imported from Argentina.

Yolanda led Summer and Susanne to a quiet corner of the hall. She explained softly, "I went around the hall earlier. I found that most of the wines in the competition were from Hennessy, Château Lafite Rothschild, Rémy Martin, Château Latour, and Château Haut-Brion. You can narrow it down to these five winehouses in the competition." Through Yolanda's keen observation, she realized that only wines from five specific winehouses were served at the party, with no other varieties present.

Tiffany says robotically as she shoves a bottle of wine my direction. "That's what he said," Geni mumbles behind me. I ignore her and smile at Tiffany, hoping she didn't hear. Judging by the look on her face and the way Rowen squeezes her shoulder, I think we all heard her. "I'm glad you could be here." I take the wine and look at the label. "Petrolo Galatrona 2013 straight from Tuscany. Wow. This is a great year." "You know wine?" she asks, brows crinkling. "With the way you suck down those yard-long margaritas, I thought all you liked were cheap drinks."

Luigi’s POV The hotel ballroom was noisy, with glasses clinking and the people chatting. At the side of the small stage, I mentally ran over my notes, preparing myself for what I was going to say in the press conference. My company was launching a new wine, a sparkling wine actually, which was new for our brand. In the past, we’d stuck specifically to red wines, but I’d procured a vineyard in the hills of California that grew the perfect grapes for sparkling wine, so I was excited to branch out into that wine genre.

“I say we create a brand new signature wine just for the occasion. Something bold and unique that tells the story of our land and values. It will give us a chance to flex our winemaking skills and show we’re not afraid to take risks and innovate.” Michael looked hesitant. “Creating a new wine takes time. We don’t have long before the tasting.” “I know it’s ambitious,” Reyna acknowledged. “But I believe in us, and I know we can pull it off if we put our minds to it. Adam, what grape varieties do you think would shine if blended together in a novel way?” Adam pondered it for a moment. “What if we took our award-winning Cabernet Sauvignon and blended it with a touch of Syrah for depth and a spl

Seeing his omega's demeanour, Alpha Ortega followed his omega's gaze. Beta Ajay explained, "these two bottles are our latest products, Alpha. This is the newest type of wine, the yellow label is white port and the red one is ice wine. Please try them!" After Beta Ajay's explanation, the omega who had been silent began to move to pour the two newest types of wine they had produced. Beta Ajay also looked at the omega, with just a gesture of their eyes they both moved together out of the alpha's private room. Moments after his subordinates left, Alpha Ortega got up from his seat. He walked to the window. Opening it, he gazed out at the busy workers still harvesting grapes.

He was yet to complete his words when I cut him off. “Uncuff him and you all come inside, let's have some fun. There's lots of food and drinks. I began to walk in through the front glass door. The boys watched me for a while skeptically before leading themselves in along with the one who stole. “C'mon boys, I told you to uncuff him. He deserves to have some fun too”. I told them and rushed to the wine ware. “ I've got a good collection of wine.
