REBIRTH: She Is Back To Reclaim What's Hers

REBIRTH: She Is Back To Reclaim What's Hers

It was a barren wasteland, a piece of earth that had been passed around like a bad debt for decades. My heart skipped a beat. This was it. In my past life, I had watched from the sidelines as this land was mocked as a "charity case" for the auction house. People called the buyer a fool. But I knew the truth. The land didn't reject life; it was simply nurturing something far more precious than common grain. The soil was rich in a very specific, rare mineral composition that acted as poison to normal plants but served as the perfect holding place for the Obsidian Lily. The Obsidian Lily was a flower that didn't grow toward the sun; it drew its energy from the minerals in the earth and the moon

Charlotte's Search

Charlotte's Search

Shelley stands, gazing at her brother's frames, running her fingers over the glass which protects its bejewelled occupants. Captives? Prisoners? A tomb.... She reads the labels: Hesperiidae.... Lycaenidae.... Riodinidae.... Gossamer wings, some in metallic blues and golds, other copper or burnished orange, some almost transparent, others in a green which rivals the glorious eyes of the watcher. All rest there, neatly pinned, displayed, categorised and named. "Don't touch the frames, Shelley. You'll get fingerprints on the glass, then I'll have to clean them again."

Ashes and Obsidian Feathers

Ashes and Obsidian Feathers

The other driver got out too, and the tension, like a thick blanket, covered the area. Asia squinted to get a better look at the esteemed driver who had managed to earn his respect. He was shocked to find the leader of the Bronze Orchid. "It's you? What does the Bronze Orchid have against such a small ant like Geumgang Pa?" Asia spoke first, half curious and fully sceptical. The expression of the patriarch before him, however, caught him off guard. Kamman's eyes were dark and piercing, like they held all the rage in the world, to the point that it was visible to any outsider. Asia unconsciously took a step back.

I Became the Obsidian Lycan King’s Obsession

I Became the Obsidian Lycan King’s Obsession

“I feel like I can finally breathe. Still, every second counts. What if she’s not just after the Luna position? What if this is bigger?” Gale’s eyes darkened. “I’ve had the same thought. The silver marking you described from your visions? It doesn’t match any standard pack insignia. Could be a rogue faction. Or worse. Something tied to the old bloodlines that were supposedly wiped out years ago. I’ll reach out to my contact at the border tonight. But we play this smart. No risks.”

Redemption’s Sweet Surprise

Redemption’s Sweet Surprise

"My cognitive processes do not allocate resources to insoluble, low-impact questions. However, her question implies a valuation of such thoughts. A valuation I do not share, but must account for as a significant variable in her development." He was saying her way of thinking mattered, even if he didn't understand it. The next Condition Yellow, he was prepared. When Keila was settled, he approached her trolley. He held a small, clear specimen box. Inside was a perfectly preserved, iridescent blue Morpho butterfly wing, mounted on black velvet. "This is a Morpho peleides wing," he stated. "The color is not caused by pigment, but by the microscopic structure of the scales, which refract light.

Rejected Obsidian Lycan

Rejected Obsidian Lycan

“Those who are weak must be purged from this world because they never survive,” A moment of silence was observed as I whispered my last prayers to the moon goddess. “Your eyes…..I don't like them,” he commented, “They show too much of your weakness as an omega,” His hands glided over my face, slow and deliberate, until his thumbs pressed firmly against my eye sockets. “No—please, no… no…” My screams tore through the air, raw and desperate, just as Torian’s claws pierced merciless—driving into my eyes while I thrashed helplessly.

A Dangerous Game: Desired By The Billionaire Brothers

A Dangerous Game: Desired By The Billionaire Brothers

It was iridescent blue—almost glowing as it captivated me. As my gaze traveled to the center, the blue took on a darkening gloss. Peering closer, I counted the wings and realized that this butterfly had five. “That’s the Blue Morpho Aurora,” Xavier said from behind me. “It’s a butterfly from South America.” “The wings are breathtaking.” “The shiny color is due to the way the light travels through the wing scales and gives off a metallic sheen.” I glanced over my shoulder. “So, you’re really into insects?" “Yes.”

Twisted Obsession

Twisted Obsession

The diamond collar around her throat had become a masterpiece of craftsmanship, embedded with rare black opals that caught every flicker of light. For the Obsidian Veil celebration, they had gathered their largest number yet. Nine hundred men arrived at the remote obsidian island, a volcanic paradise of black glass cliffs and steaming vents. The entire island had been reshaped into layered sanctuaries — hidden grottos, cliffside pavilions, underground lava chambers, and open-air temples.

The Prince Who Was Raised in Hell

The Prince Who Was Raised in Hell

Even though it grew on a monster, the scale known as the Dragon Snake's Scaly Crystal was one of the three most solid materials in the creation of weapons. "It's no wonder that the spear could not pierce through it as it turns out to be the Dragon Snake's Scaly Crystal. It seems that luck is on my side this time." Caspian smiled as he stared at the triangular head. At that time, the Obsidian-Scaled Dragon Snake's eyes revealed a hint of cruelty. Obsidian-Scaled Dragon Snakes lived in dark and damp places. That kind of place was often in the valleys and mountainsides, so finding one was extremely difficult, making the Dragon Snake's Scaly Crystals extremely rare.

What happened to the original writer of this book? The new writer is a far cry from the first one in terms of style, creativity, dialogue and story telling. He has turned a once very arresting story into a very boring one. It is sad.
