The other Saols are only 5 -15 weights. "Aiys can," said Aiys starting this fight. Aiys immediately scribbled on the questions he had. Aiys is grateful, there are many quick ways that Aiys has learned. Aiys finished the 17 magic questions by leaving 15 minutes of time. For Aiys time is her chance to win. Aiys head felt a little dizzy, Aiys immediately took a sip of mineral water in front of her and continued to work on 28 more questions in 15 minutes. Aiys is still focused on questions that have a high weight.

"Twenty bucks. I give you Opponent U. plus fourteen." "You call that a bet?" "What you looking for?" "Give me odds, not points. Five to one." "No way." "I thought you had confidence in your team. And I want to bet more than the cost of a bar tab." "Okay, fifty. Three to one." "So, you're not really that confident they'll win." "Hey, yeah, sure they're gonna win. Make it a hundred." "Still not sure, I guess." "You got a big mouth on you, mister."

My breath comes out shaky. I force myself to glance at the phone in my hand. The site looks like it was built in the shadows—dark background, bold red names, icons flashing like they’re breathing. The two fighters are listed with codenames: Red Reaper and Goliath. Beneath their names, odds glow in bright numbers—Red Reaper: -180, Goliath: +220. The slimmer man, Reaper, has better odds. A favorite. Fast. Deadly. And it’s the bulkier one, Goliath—who looks like he could crush a skull with one swing—that is surprisingly the underdog. Next to their names, there’s a pulsing red button that says PLACE BET—$100,000.

Honestly, I was curious about who would have bet with and against me, but I played it cool. But I almost staggered back when I saw a few new faces join the fun. They weren’t new, per se, but they had nothing to do with what we’re doing right now. “Oh, wow, I have never thought that this will actually work, look Jem, this thing is legit, and sadly the odds are against you only these two men put their money on you.” Maizie said as she counted the money she was holding in her hands, then nodded with her head absently toward a couple of men who were standing in a dimly lit corner.

“We don’t know if I’ll even get in. And even if I do… that doesn’t mean we’re over.” I look up at him. “Doesn’t it?” Luca’s grip on me tightens, his voice firm. “No. Not unless you give up on us.” I want to believe him. I really do. But between my family’s expectations, the arranged engagement, and now this.. it feels like the universe is throwing every possible obstacle in our way. But Luca is still here, standing in front of me, refusing to let go. I close my eyes for a second, taking a slow breath. When I open them again, I nod. “Okay.”

The people in the office area had nothing better to do, so when they heard there was something exciting happening, they all gathered around. "Luna, what are the odds?" Luna rolled her eyes and smiled cunningly, "If Mia wins, the payout is 3 to 1. If Maria wins, the payout is 5 to 1!" "Wow!" Someone immediately exclaimed excitedly, "Luna, are you giving us free money? Although I don't like Mia, she is professional. I bet on Mia, one thousand!" Everyone thought that Luna was giving them free money. Mia had been in this company for five years. Although her character was not great, no one doubted her professionalism.

The odds update every thirty minutes based on new intelligence that the Consolidated's information network provides, and the current odds on European Covenant control of London are three to two, which reflects the two-hundred-vampire force that arrived in Dover six hours ago and which is currently at the eastern approach, and the odds on American pack territorial expansion are two to one, which reflects the five hundred wolves in the north and their less certain command structure, and the odds on Callum Brennan's coalition maintaining London's autonomy are seven to one, which reflects the catastrophic night the coalition has just had, the execution and the Parliament collapse and the facilit

Desmond Kincaid, the founder and CEO of Megabiz's biological son. Mr. Desmond gestured to the bodyguards with his head to take him, and upon seeing this, Ricardo handed Lisa the package in his hand and pushed her back. He clenched his fists and readied himself for anything. Within four minutes, all six bodyguards were on the floor, groaning and rolling on the floor. For some reason, a smile creased Lisa's face. She was happy that they had won. Ricardo said, breathing heavily. "If you want me home, you need to try harder. "

Feeling the bus start departing, she just let out an exasperated sigh as she leaned against the back of her seat. She closed her eyes, knowing full well that her next three days wouldn't be so funny. *** It was the second week since the school year started when they met, eight years ago. They were in 9th grade when Foren looked up from her biology book and found a guy standing in front with their homeroom teacher. “He is your new classmate. Please introduce yourself.” “I'm Adamson Rockwell. Sixteen.” And that was all. Everyone felt intimidated by his cold voice, expressionless face, and his family name. He was a Rockwell. The only Heir of one of the most powerful families of the country.

she announced. Everyone gathered around the long conference table. Some sat and others stood along the edges of the room. Rob and I stood near the wall with our arms crossed. Camilla stood at the head and waited until the room was still. “We’ve been blindsided,” she said. “We lost good people and yes, one of our own turned against us.” The room got even quieter. “But we’re still here and we’re breathing and if you’re breathing then you still have the chance to fight.”
