Six years ago, when Adom got the results back from the doctors, he couldn't process what Omega said. His mom was an omega, and he loved her dearly, but he also saw how omegas still got treated in this society and how it was hard for them to find a good job. They even had to watch out for alphas when they were in heat, or they could be attacked.

More attuned.” I frowned. “Attuned to what?”

The only reason I was here was because I wanted us to talk about achieving what I wanted. " Are you serious right now? I have a plan, and you have yours; we need to work on that," I said. He scoffed, " I was going to wait till you are ready for it, but it seems you want it right now," he said. I did not understand what he meant by that. " What do you mean?" “I think that’s enough for now. You need to eat and rest.” “I’m not tired.” “You will be soon. Your pregnancy is a little on the…brutal side. I’ll find an Omega to bring you some food.” “What’s an Omega?” He gives me a sad smile. “You asked me that before, you know?” “Well, I can’t remember, so…” He sits back down. “Omegas are our lower wolves. They are our servants.” “Like slaves?” I ask, already angry, even though I don’t even know the answer to the question yet.
