I tried and failed to stop myself from wondering how many partners she’s had.
“I’m going to kiss you, Shikoba. If you don’t want that, stop me.” I whispered, our lips inches apart as I hovered and waited for her to push me away.
I counted to three in my head, and when she didn’t push me back or move away, I closed the gap. I won’t compare this to the last kiss I had. I want to forget the last one.
These lips, Shikoba’s lips, are the last and only lips I plan to kiss ever again. She was hesitant at first, and I almost considered stopping. But then her lips started to move against mine with a muffled groan.
