Novel & Cerita One Piece Ace's Death Episode

Even the shadows did not stir. Ace's eyes widened. His mouth opened in a soundless effort to speak, and then shut again. He looked at the knife, and then at Seraya. The anger in his eyes was replaced by something else — perhaps sorrow, or regret. "Seraya…" he whispered softly, outstretched hand shaking. "I… I just didn't want you to stay." One tear flowed down Seraya's cheek. Her voice crumbled as she whispered, "I know." Rafe pulled the sword loose. Ace dropped, his body crumbling away into the tainted magic's dark powder. In a heartbeat, he was dead.

The king raised a brow at him. He nodded. “I promise.” Alpha Grey was taken off the ground, and before Ace would help him back up, the slath soldier drove his dagger into his chest and killed him. Ace stood, watching what had just happened. He just lost Alpha Grey and could do nothing to help. He ran over to the slath and ripped out his heart. Then Ace got on top of Alpha Grey, whose eyes were closing. “No!” he heard, and it was the voice of Xoe. He rose immediately, wanting to know where the voice came from. The battle on the field didn’t make it easy, but he needed to find her. He knew she was in trouble, and he needed to save her before what happened to Alpha Grey happened to her.
