Opal Eyes Novels & Stories

She said in a deep voice and then began to laugh, and I had no choice but laugh as well, joining her madness. Suddenly, Olivia’s eyes headed towards a certain part of the store, their eyelids opening wildly from shock, and without waiting for me to follow her, she ran up there. It was one of those vending machines, Livie always had to get one of those plastic capsules. “Do you want a token?” I asked when I reached her side, she just nodded without taking her eyes off the plexiglass sphere. “Here” I said when I returned to her side, noticing her still in the same place.

She just glanced and nodded, seeing Lani run for help before burying her head in the pillow. “Why didn’t anyone help you? Why are you alone with so many things in your hands?" “I-I refused them. I wanted to do it myself.” Opal replied in a soft voice. "Opal also liked to shop. You two could be a good pair." Layla commented. "So, what have you bought?" Lani was excited to see some new things. Opal felt unaccustomed. She never saw someone expressing their enthusiasm this much as she felt that Lani was jumping in excitement.

She violently covered her own eyes and fell off her chair, rolling on the ground and roaring in agony. "My eyes! My eyes hurt so much! Ah! I can't see! I can't see anything!" The smiles on Chad's and Maisie’s faces froze instantly, scared out of their wits by this sudden scene. "Olivia, what’s wrong?!" Chad hurriedly crouched down to help her. However, when Olivia’s hands moved away from her face, everyone present gasped in horror. Her eyes had already turned into two bloody, empty holes! Bright red blood mixed with clear tissue fluid continuously poured out of her eye sockets, staining her luxurious gown and exquisite makeup.
