Sally pressed her lips together and opened the pouch. Inside was a carved phoenix, so lifelike it seemed ready to spread its wings. Painted with delicate colors, it was exquisitely beautiful. She didn't say a word, only traced the figure gently with her fingertips.

It was a three karat Opal stone shaped in an oval. It sat on a skinny platinum band. “Oh my.” “It reminds me of your eyes when you use your powers. All those colors yet still so white.” “This is so beautiful.” I watched a stray tear fall down her face. Before her hands could drop it. I took the ring out of the box and placed it on her finger. I had to guess the size and I think I got it right. Ivory held her hand out for her to see. The moon light reflected off it nicely.

She looked so pure and good, wearing a flowy, pale purple dress that matched her pale purple eyes. It felt like those eyes could see into a person’s soul. Lex I don’t bother knocking as I enter Opal’s suite. She wouldn’t have stopped if I walked in on her with another man again. I know from experience. Thankfully, she’s alone this time. She carefully applies a blood red lipstick that make her lips look fuller.

“Have we heard anything from Opal Moon?” Eager eyes searched his as she took a bite out of the oatmeal, waiting for Mal to respond. He couldn’t help thinking how incredible she was. So much happened in a few brief hours, and she kept herself composed and calm. Now she was all business, asking for more information about the latest events.

I then removed my hand to show her what I had created. Sophia looked at the small creature in shock. "What is that?" "Valentina is showing off again," one of the other girls joked. "It's a dragon," I giggled as she was fascinated by the miniature dragon sitting on my palm. He had silvery-blue scales and an orange snout. Of course, he wasn't a real dragon.
