Pay It Forward Novels & Stories

Alice ----- It’s been two weeks since Paimon gave me ten million dollars. Even with all that money, I rarely used it for myself. Most of the time, I gave it away to the homeless or to people who genuinely needed financial help. Not just anyone, though. I didn’t hand out cash to people who already had their basic needs covered—like those with houses, three full meals a day, and a comfy bed to sleep on. I mean, if you have that much, you’re already kind of rich in my book. Sure, they might need more, but my priority was always those who were truly struggling just to survive.

“Okay, I will help.’ He said and there was a happy grin on Logan’s face. “I will transfer to you any amount you might need on this.” He said but Pete waved him off. Logan had helped him several times and now was the time to pay him back with his own coins. “I am not collecting anything from you, friend. This is the payback time for all that you did for me back in the past.” He said and Logan. “Okay then, but in case you need anything, you can come to me. I want you to start as quickly as possible.”

“She'll find out, later, after I sort things out for her.” “And you think she will thank you later?” Aaron shook his head and smiled. “It is not about giving and gratitude. It's about debt paid, Aamber. And there is never anyone who is obliged to be grateful for the debt that has been paid. There is, it is the person in debt who is obliged to say thank you.”

“I c-can d-do anything in return, just help my home.” This woman was willing to do anything for his help when he clearly told her that he will repay her. This woman is not even thinking about him helping her as his "payment" for her help. She came here thinking that his help would be a favor that she needed to return. Goodness, this woman is not thinking about her own welfare!

"Someday, I will be ready to pay you back for what you did for me and my kids. In my family, giving is like forgiveness. It was created to be shared and not selfishly stored. There are some people who will be placed in your position and still do otherwise." "It is just a car," Blackwheel said, trying to prevent himself from smiling. "Anyone could have helped you if they had seen your kids inside your car." "I doubt!" Matthew said with confidence. "Human nature has grown from bad to worse. People are only interested in what you can give them and not what they can give you. I would love to thank God for placing you in that position yesterday but I don't believe in him. So, I am at the middle o

She looked at me with confusion for a moment, and then a slow smile spread on her face. "Women want their men to spoil them and always ask for more. And here you are, saying that you are going to pay him back. I understand your wish to be independent, but when someone gifts you something wholeheartedly, don't think of paying them back. If you want, you can buy gifts for him in return and there is no need it has to be just as costly as what he bought you. Even a simple handkerchief bought just for him would be enough. It is not the amount that matters but the intention," she said in a serious tone, so at odds with her usual jovial attitude.

“This is all the money you’ve given for my scholarship. Not a cent less. I’ve worked tons of part-time jobs just to pay you back as soon as possible. Thank you for your help. I can’t thank you enough.” Mark was surprised. He did not think that she had worked so many part time jobs just for this. He paused and said, “You don’t have to pay me back. I’ve provided financial aid for many people and I’ve never thought of getting a single cent back. Isn’t that the whole point of charity?”

"A very exact wish for a woman who says she seeks only payback." "Payback is merely what stays when you remove every softer term a person might choose for wanting another to suffer exactly as much as you have suffered." I stood from the rock suddenly eager for the talk to finish before my own firmness found a new way to fail. "Do we share a deal or must I think again whether this plan helps either of us."

“Nora, you are beyond saving.” The call ended. A few seconds later, my screen lit up. Adrian Hayes sent you: $100 The note read: Emergency fee.

Business elites and reporters attending the summit had stopped to watch this absurd spectacle. I looked at Liam kneeling on the ground and at his mother, who was trying to buy off three hundred million dollars in crimes with a cheap thermos of soup. All I felt was a hollow, heartbreaking absurdity. This was the true ugliness of human nature. They weren't sorry for their greed and cruelty. They were crying over the freedom and money they were about to lose. They actually thought that bowing their heads, saying sorry, and cooking a pot of soup meant the victim should forgive all the monstrous things they had done.
