He growled and rubbed his face. “Xavier? Are you okay?” Saphira softly asked as she walked into their shared office. Xavier sighed before saying or doing anything. “No. Varian, the leader of the Misty Haven Pack, is threatening Orion, Lyra, Darian, and Diana. A few others have as well. I fear there’s going to be a war between the packs.” Xavier explained with a frustrated growl.

The blind man heaved a sigh but he didn’t say anything again, he didn’t want to annoy her again. “I will feed you while reading a book, okay?” “Sure, what book are we reading today?” “Uhhmmm” Audrey giggled, “let me check my shelf” She checked for a while and finally grabbed a book from the shelf and made her way back to the bed. “Guess the book I have” Nathan shrugged with a smile, “I can’t guess babe, I am a blind man remember?” “Ugly love by Colleen Hoover, it is a very good book and I have read it a thousand times”
