Brock- I was feeling seriously annoyed and angry. Stephanie's behavior seemed so childish, as if she were a second-grader playing pranks on her classmates. An hour later… Crow went to his room. Penny had said she wanted to get cleaned up. One of the brothers had finally brought a bag from her car, so she could change. He looked up just as she was coming out of the bathroom. She wore a pink robe. “Nice color,” he said. Stopping, she stared at him. “What?” He nodded at her. “The robe.” She flushed a little. “M-my grandma gave it to me.” She let out a sigh then walked over. “So, you got Brian’s confession on tape?”

It is just as Brooks said it. His convoy has indeed earned him some respect from Hugo and a voice. It is obvious because, under normal circumstances, Hugo should've at least questioned Brooks on how he came in as he barged in on them, but he didn't do that and went ahead to ask him who he is. He even did so politely, which is quite unlike him. "My bad," Brooks smiles apologetically and says proudly, "I'm Brooks Miller, the Scion of the Millers from Forest Hills."
