Claimed by the Wolf King of Another World

Claimed by the Wolf King of Another World

I touched the ribbon at my wrist and counted the fire’s flares with my breaths. Three truths settled in my pocket like coins: I am afraid. I want to understand. I don’t know the rules here. For once, the quiet felt like a promise, not a countdown. Sleep caught my hand and tugged. “If anyone needs me,” Milo announced, ever the flourish, “I’ll be over there not writing poetry about tragic glances.” “Do not write poetry,” Jarek said. “Now I must.” Kaia stuffed sprig into his mouth. He yelped and chewed. “Mint,” she said mildly. “For restraint.”

Do you even realize what you’ve done? You risked your own life for a title, for attention, for something that will never make you worthy. That’s not strength, Viki. It is just stupid and pathetic.”

I wish I could make reviews longer but it won’t let me. So I’m going to continue the review in the comments of this one. I want to overall say that this is a great, entertaining story. The world building is generally the best thing about this story overall and it’s what the author excels at. (Cont)

For someone so wild and naughty like her , I didn't expect her to know any Gospel song but I guess wonders shall never cease to happen .
