POV: Nova The first light of dawn came through the trees, cutting through the forest like blades of light. I stood in the middle of the clearing with my hands on my hips and my eyes moving over the group of Omegas that had gathered in a hesitant formation. The morning dew made the air smell like wet earth and leaves, and there was a strong sense of anticipation. Every breath I took was intentional, reminding me of the heavy burden I was carrying and giving me a sense of purpose.

POV: AARON After my bath, I lay patiently on the bed, waiting to be drawn into her dreams, thinking about our connection. I immersed myself in memories of our intimate moments, especially the times we ventured to the top of the mountain. I remembered how awestruck she looked when she “saw” the sunset through my eyes. I recalled how beautiful her face was, flushed from the icy wind, and how shy she felt being completely naked on top of me, fully surrendering to our desires.

Author’s POV Ximena’s heart pitter-pattered as she opened the small bottle of poison, pouring a few drops into the delicate cup of tea in front of her. The bitter aroma escaped into the air, mixing with her fear. She was just closing the bottle when a sharp knock cracked through the kitchen. “I already told you guys that I don’t want any maids in here!” she snapped, turning to face the door.

Fairy lights, strung haphazardly between ancient oak trees, cast a whimsical glow on the assembled crowd. It was a party, undeniably strange, yet every single soul in Dawnsville was present, a testament to the town's peculiar cohesion. The reason for the gathering remained a mystery, a shared enigma that hung heavy in the air, a silent question echoing in the laughter and chatter.

3rd person POV Max stood near the window of his penthouse, his hands braced on the cold glass as he stared at the city lights below. He had gone there after he heard of Vivian's disappearance. The sky was a deep, endless black, swallowing the stars, and the streets were alive with movement, cars weaving through intersections, people laughing in the distance. But none of it reached him. His chest felt hollow. His mind was a haze of questions, disbelief wrapping around him like a suffocating fog.

POV: Sienna Rhodes The vision hits at ten-fifty on a Sunday night while I am at my kitchen table with my sketchbook and my tea, which is where I am most evenings now because the visions come more reliably when I am still and the sketchbook is there to receive them. This one comes without the usual static warning. One moment I am drawing and the next moment I am in it. Cameras. Not a metaphor, not the symbolic imagery that the earlier visions used. Actual cameras, the long lenses of paparazzi photographers, the specific shape of them, and the light they produce, the flashes, rapid and overlapping, the specific white light of a camera flash in the dark.
