MEETING MR ICE [ Volume one ]

"I knew it...I am not going to last any longer in this mansion. Just because I wished to save my brother's life, my life is on edge of being taken away. 'She thought before closing her eyes, tears flowed from her eyes. This life wasn't better than the one she had been living before she met him anymore. She was broken. ***** The woman with the silver hair sat on a chair as she flipped through the pages of a book in haste until she got to a certain page with the title' THE PROPHECY'. Her eyes roamed over the words as she continued flipping. "Why would she even be here if she isn't meant to? And why would she be with that devil when they are just like fire and ice?' She thought. I sighed, looking at her. "I wouldn't go as far as saying you're completely wrong, Sophie, but there's something intriguing about fate. It suggests a preordained path, a connection that transcends circumstances. Take my Uncle Vino, for instance; he can't stand Cain Island, so he never took his children there. Yet, somehow, Caspian and Charlotte found each other. It's as if an unseen force brought them together. Caspian wasn't actively seeking Charlotte; He was simply sent on a mission to solve a problem, and fate intervened to unite them. Harper and I never intended to stay in Lumas, let alone become friends with Jacob, but it happened. No matter how hard Jacob tried, she couldn't progress b

This a good read from beginning to end. I feel this book deserves to have a sequel to it. Maybe a bit farther into their lives after the parents step down and hand everything over to the royal heirs now adults. Whether or not it happens PUPPY LOVE and THE DARK SIDE OF FATE deserve all the praise

I adored this book! My opinion Fated to the Enemy and Puppy Love deserve to be made into a TV series. The writing is exceptional, the characters are so vivid and relatable they feel like a part of one's own family. One can only hope both books are read by the right person, who believes as I do....

The first whole series has captivated me from the beginning. I’m trying something new and bouncing between this and Fated Chaos and I’m really enjoying the stories that way. As soon as they cross over and mention something from the other book, I switch books. This way, I don’t know what happens next

Shana these 2 new books are your best ones so far and that is really saying something! You are so very talented! These 2 series are even better than the Twilight series in my opinion! Your writing skills are outstanding and your storytelling skills are amazing!! You keep writing & I’ll keep reading!

"Presh let's go" favor my friend called out to me as she badges into my room without knocking with Flourish following right behind her. "To where?". Truman was searching for the shorter man and knew as he knew himself that he would be in the library, searching for the theme that Alexa had asked. If he did what he told them he would he'd be in the darkroom of the library, they call that because it was a room locked by a key that no one knew where it was, and Alexa never cared for breaking the lock or the door down, so what was behind it remained a mystery, but Charles had read all the books there and knew that no one talked about mates or hybrids or vampires and werewolves co-existing he would break down the door.

Frequently Asked Questions

Oh, 'Fated' by Benedict Jacka is one of those urban fantasy gems that snuck up on me! It follows Alex Verus, a divination mage in modern-day London who runs a magic shop but gets dragged into darker, deadlier conflicts between warring factions of mages. What I love is how grounded it feels—Alex isn’t some overpowered hero; he relies on wit, foresight, and sheer survival instincts. The magic system’s refreshingly tactile, too, with divination being more about probability manipulation than flashy spells.

The series really digs into moral gray areas—Alex’s past as an apprentice to a dark mage haunts him, and his choices often have brutal consequences. The first book sets up his strained alliances, like with Luna, a cursed girl he mentors, and the tension with the Light and Dark Councils. It’s like if 'Dresden Files' had a British, more introspective cousin—with fewer fireballs and more psychological chess games. I binged the whole series after this one!
