Princess Jasmine Novels & Stories

92 "Wow! You look like a princess, Jessica." Sky gasped, looking at Jasmine's final look in the mirror. "Please tell me you're one of the Disney princesses that is stuck in our world. Where is your prince charming? Is he coming to meet you tonight?" "You’re making me sound prettier than I am, Sky. I don't look that good!" Jasmine felt flustered as she looked down to her dress. “Girl, you have no idea how truly pretty you are!”

"Everything is ready, boss. The venue, the catering, the band, the guests. The whole city is buzzing about the biggest event of the year." My assistant sent me a flood of pictures of the venue, decorated exactly to Sera's taste. It was all so perfect. My heart swelled with a raw, fierce joy. I couldn't sleep a wink that night. The next day, I pushed open the door to the waiting room, holding a bouquet of her favorite flowers and the ring box. A figure in an elegant dress turned to face me. My heart sank. It was Karen, her neck adorned with the diamond necklace I had just paid a fortune for. The one I had told my assistant to give to Sera several days ago.

"Princess...Levara?" The woman standing before her was unmistakable. Long golden-brown hair, pale skin, crimson eyes and soft pink lips. The beautiful face that Elly had seen on television countless times, the beloved Princess of Avenor. Her princess. Levara. But something was terribly wrong, Levara's eyes were empty, there was no warmth in them, they looked almost lifeless. As if the woman standing before Elly had already died long before her body had ever stopped breathing. Elly swallowed.

he finally said, her title uttered a bit too accusing for her liking. The Princess huffed to hide her own amusement at his boldness, reaching for the teapot as she stood up from her seat, her white dress trailing behind her like a bridal train. She began to fill their teacups herself with warm tea–jasmine, she was right, after all–the scent hitting her pale face pleasantly as she explained to her companion:

The woman who entered was one of the palace attendants--nervous, her fingers twisting the edge of her gown. Prince Julian laid in his bed, completely naked as he beckoned the woman over. "Sit," he commanded as he tapped the space on the bed next to him. The woman sat down coyly, nervous about sitting on the bed of the ruggedly handsome young prince. "Thank you, Your Majesty." "You were among the attendants who received the new captives," he said, his tone almost conversational. "There was one -- the younger one. Jasmine." The woman hesitated, unsure of how to answer. "Yes, Your Majesty."

“I have been waiting patiently for you.” “Well you have to wait, I have prisoners to deal with a new mate, and a baby coming.” I sighed. “But you could have summoned me and we could have spoken about everything already.” “Well this mate of yours, she is a Princess?” he growled. “Are you sure she isnt someone that is pretending to be one?” “She didn’t even know she was on,” I said rolling her eyes. “Her name is Delilah, she is the daughter of Mitchell the royal guard murdered years ago, you know this and I know this is his daughter.”

I started, but she cut me off by lifting her hand to my face, and the only reason I didn't slap it away was that she was royalty. "No. I don't listen to outsiders and to people like you. I believe that you have knowledge about my engagement with the prince but, nonetheless, you came onto him!" "Where's your proof of that?" I asked, now folding my arms to control myself. "Oh, I will... I do have... I want to hear you confess with that mouth of yours!" I laughed and shook my head at her. Of course gossip would start about Sebastian and myself, I had been expecting such, but Princess Naomi had no proof. She just wanted me to fold at her presence because of her title.

Don’t you remember?” “Oh right,” she mumbled, a little embarrassed, then walked over and sat across from me, still staring hard. I shivered and crossed my arms. “Why are you looking at me like that? You’re creeping me out.” Jasmine rolled her eyes. “I’m not creepy. I’m a princess.” I laughed. “Who told you that?”
