Amelia's POV Nobody moved. Not me and not him. The noise of the party had carried on around us like we were standing inside a bubble that the rest of the room couldn't see into. Greg Peters looked down at his shirt one more time. The champagne had soaked through clean. A wide, dark stain was spreading across the white fabric. It was an expensive fabric. The kind of shirt that had probably been made specifically for him by someone in Milan. He looked back up at me.

He saw that of course. "What's that?" "Your favorite shirt. I brought it." What ?! My favorite shirt is Zenitra brand and it is worth A dollars! and that's only in the US! He must kid! I suddenly pulled out the Zenitra paper bag! and looked at it! Peach color and yes! it is my fav shirt that even daddy never bought to me! "Oh my!" I almost screamed and covered my mouth. All grief was thrown away and replaced by joy! I saw him smirk.

She spoke with little to no emotion- making it hard to tell if she was being genuine or not. Jack offers her a very unamused look in return before speaking. "I'm sure." He replied whilst sitting himself down on my bed. I began to look through my closet for something cute to wear, that would also provide me with comfort. My eyes scan over all my possible selections before landing on a purple long-sleeved v-neck. The shirt is cotton, so it's soft and it also has different ruffles for style. This is definitely one of my favorite shirts.

I had barely gotten in through the door of the mall when he sent me a gif of Wayne and Garth from Wayne's World, bowing, and captioned "We're Not Worthy!" Asshole. The only place the Crayola factory had thrown up on it were the insides of the collar and cuffs.

Curiosity strikes again and I flip the tag over checking the price. The number five hundred is typed on the cardboard tag, but there is no dollar sign before it. It has to be an amount, right? Even rich people priced their clothing. I hope like hell Vincent didn't pay five hundred fucking dollars for this shirt. Even if it is a glorious shirt, which feels smooth against my fingers and I can't wait to have against my skin. It is thick enough it won't be see-through, but light enough to get me through a humid Michigan summer day.

His loud voice made her startled and she nodded her head furiously and started cleaning without mumbling again. She set his almost fifteen suits to one side of the glass closet and and placed dress shirts on other side. She arranged his multiple office shoes in the last drawer. It was the place for his office essentials. Coming to next shelf, there were multiple tee shirts of black white and grey colors but with different designs. Most of them had that horse and jockey logo and tag says Ralph Laurel. The material of his shirts, coats, jeans were something she had never seen before. It was luxurious.

“Let’s see what we’re working with.” He flopped onto the bed with a sigh that practically screamed please let this be over fast. “You’re going to regret this,” he mumbled. I glanced at him, raising a brow. “We’ll see about that.” Then I dove in. The first thing I pulled out was a wrinkled flannel shirt. Red and black, classic lumberjack vibes, but not in a charming way. More in the I wore this three days in a row during finals week kind of way.

I sighed resignedly, looking at the crowd of excited students in the parking lot as Martin drove into the school. “Penny for your thoughts?” He asked after killing his engine and facing me. I squeezed my face when my eyes landed, for the umpteenth time that morning, on another of his weird shirts, stifling a groan as I gazed at the Jamaican character with big glasses on and the words 'Man dem' written on it. It dared to be bright yellow. “Where do you get these things?” I let my hand hover in front of his shirt. He looked down at it, and I could tell from his facial expression that he didn't find anything wrong with it.
