THEIRS: BOUND TO THE ALPHA KINGS

THEIRS: BOUND TO THE ALPHA KINGS

But still, I sense there is more to be said, more that needs clarification. “What happened to Pyrra?” I finally ask, unable to keep the question at bay any longer. A part of me still feels the echo of her presence, like a shadow that’s been forever imprinted on my soul. Elara steps closer, her hands gently coming to rest on my shoulders. “Pyrra has been bound in the underworld,” she declares, her voice resolute yet tinged with a quiet sorrow, acknowledging that even the darkest of spirits had some place in the world. “The glyphs and incantations we used have sealed her there permanently. She will never find another host, never manipulate another soul.”

J. Tarr, at it again! Another fantastic story that’s captivating from beginning to end! So beautifully written, as always. So excited for the Elemental Alphas stories, and maybe Rhys, Caelum, and Micah’s! Anything this author writes is 120% worth a read. As always, job well done author! :)

Lucifer's Redemption

Lucifer's Redemption

But with Hera being the most trustworthy goddess for him, one that he had loved for so long and lost, he had hoped a lesser punishment could be persuaded. As the carriage finally landed on the pearly streets, Parisa pushed the carriage door open, not even waiting for the footmen to help her down. Lillith grumbled, feeling her mother let out a harsh breath. “Why was the ride so terrible?” she muttered until she looked up at the sky. Hades put his arm around Parisa, who was now stunned, and watched what she was witnessing. The skys were black, lightening weaving in and out of the darkened clouds. Rain dared to fall but always evaporated before landing on the god and goddess’ head.

Great story, I’m a fan of mythology and this novel has an unique and interesting way of combining folk tales, pagan and Christian beliefs. I loved the story and the outlines of every character and it’s way of redemption/salvation.

When Persephone Stopped Waiting

When Persephone Stopped Waiting

A woman leaned close to them, smiling softly as she smoothed my son’s hair. The boy was Eren, the child I had nearly given up half my life force to bring into the world. The woman was not me. I was Persephone, goddess of spring, queen of the Underworld, and Hades’s wife under every sacred law. Not long after, Nympha posted her own update on the social feed. In the illustration, my mother’s pomegranate brooch lay beside a small charm of laurel and asphodel, clumsily woven by a child’s hands. Beneath it, she wrote:

Darkest Love (cursed)

His cousin would forever possess her. Never would it be him! Kyran's gaze fell on her scarred hand at that moment and her sobs quietened. 'A god walks amongst us! ' The mad priestess had once ranted. Herak's Jade... That had been a myth that had circulated the whole of the seven seas for years, none had ever seen it, it was just a belief that was passed down through generations. The legendary curse of Herak and Ara. She had seen the high priestess made carvings of what she had spoken to be Herak's sacred pendant a few times but she had always regarded the priestess words as those of the rantings of a madwoman.

The Reborn Game

The Reborn Game

“But this is the first time you were challenged by a creation goddess. A goddess with her creations. You have your own creations, why did you choose an imperfect one like that Daria, when you could have created a perfect one like Selene did?” Poseidon again drinks his whole glass before refilling it. “Because I was given the choice first. Daria was one of my best sirens. She brought over 200,000 souls to me. Her song was perfect.” “Now you have her singing it for Hades,” Zeus shoves a large piece of meat in his mouth. Poseidon leans back in his chair and drinks more wine. “I can’t hurt them, but their descendants. They didn’t ask for safe passage for their heirs.”

Lyra’s Legacy

Lyra’s Legacy

“There are two Alpha’s ruling the pack Lyra. Thus, the pack is divided into two factions, Jaspers faction and Callum’s faction. Both are at rivalry. The peace and rest of our pack rests on your shoulders Lyra. You are to select the right Alpha. And I suggest you do that rightly and quickly, or you would be putting the pack in jeopardy under a wrong leadership.” How did it happen? Two Alphas? She has to pick? What happened to the moon goddess giving to each and everyone a mate? How did her leaving for the phrontistery at the Crescent Pack turn her into being the “Merlin” of her Camelot; Moonstone pack? The questions kept running through her head. Just then, a soft knock rang through the silen

The Elven Princess

She realised she could open her mouth and talk. "Pylaeius, what is happening? Who are they?" Aelanor shouted. "This is Ignatia," he nodded towards his carrier, "that one-" he pointed towards Nimuel's, "is Aidan. The other one is Surya." "And I am Seraphim," the phoenix carrying Aelanor said. "Queen Elektra cut their heads off thousands of years ago," Pylaeius told her, "for the sacrifice. To create the sun."

Shadows of the Lost

Shadows of the Lost

“Pasithea comes from the Greek word Pasi, which means King, and Thea, which means Gift of God. This made all the Wielder’s inhabiting its sacred lands king, because they are a gift from God and must be treated as such.” Ms. Marietta opened the thickest and the most ancient book Z had ever seen and a hologram of a gorgeous naked lady hovered just above its content. She’s only wearing a magenta piece of cloth, curling from her breast down to her genitals. “Selene is the beginning of all Wielders, so she’s the only God revered by Ancient Shadowests,” she paused to give the hologram a swipe, and came an average-looking woman. There were freckles on her pale chubby cheeks and her bloodshot eyes w

Probably the most challenging story I have written. With about 5 drafts and two years of crafting, it’s my longest work. It’s thrilling. I revisit it sometimes and, he, even I get overwhelmed and awed. I mean, it feels like I’m not the one who wrote it.

I love the world building of this novel! Even when you’re only in chapter one you can already see how the author meticulously planned the settings of the story. It’s descriptive so even if the world is new and unfamiliar the readers could still easily imagine what it’s like.
