Adriana sat fully on the damp ground and patted the rabbit, speaking soft words to it. She didn't know how long she had been there but she caught the scent before the footsteps. “Found you.” Tari's voice sounded a little distant from her and Adriana looked up to see her smiling at her. Tari approached her and Adriana stood up. The rabbit became restless as Tari drew close and it managed to escape from Adriana's hands. The two women watched as the rabbit scurried to its hole and disappeared. “I didn't even get to name it,” Adriana said disappointedly and Tari chuckled lightly.

I scrolled through them absentmindedly until one username in the online list caught my eye. Tiger. Without overthinking it, I opened a private chat.
