They all stood as Balthazar, and I stood together. "I will see all of you soon. Take care, and our home will always be open to you." "We love you, Imelda." My mother said. I gave her a tight smile before the black smoke and fire consumed us. I gripped Balthazar's hand as the night sky swirled around us. Our feet making contact with solid ground once again. When we arrived in the underworld, I was unsure what to expect, but it wasn't anything like this. The underworld wasn't rocks and everlasting flames or filled with the cries and screams of the dead. No, it was a vast city, lights, music and tall buildings reaching up the sky. It was something of a dream, something I had never seen before.

“They appeared from nowhere. Our spells slowed them but did not stop them. We have never seen creatures like this before.” Aria stepped forward. “They are not from this world.” Katherine looked at her in confusion. “What do you mean?” “They are creatures of the underworld,” Aria continued. “A remnant of the House of Vazathan has opened a rift between our world and theirs. These creatures are coming through that tear.” As she spoke, Katherine’s face turned pale. “That is impossible. The House of Vazathan was destroyed centuries ago. Even their land stood in ruins for centuries. Our clan regards the land as cursed.”

I have to get to the bottom of this. After days of searching, I finally stumbled across the cause of this land’s sudden destruction: Azariel and his band of underlings. Their evil machinations have taken a toll on the people here, and I can feel their suffering. It has been a heartbreaking journey to uncover this terrible truth. Everywhere I look there are signs of their malevolent influence: ruined villages full of abandoned homes, fields overgrown with weeds and littered with corpses, ruined roads leading to nothing but despair.

He turned to Lilianith, Thanatos and Hades then nodded before stretching his hands out, reality started repairing itself and reversing its effects per his power and after a while everything was back in order and the clouds that had the underworld under their tight leash were dispersed and order returned. Rogue collapsed on the floor and stared at the ceiling exhausted from the day events. He looked at the people who were now in the room. “From today onward, the underworld shall be a united realm, Thanatos, Hades, Lilianith, you three need to work together to protect this land just like how Lucifer did before and rest assured Lilianith, I won't return the fragment of Lucifer's power back to h

Great Lycan Silva was the first Lycan to be born and his birth was to be a salvation to all of the underworld… or not. His mother Tara was a beautiful woman with a pure soul, she was from a low rank pack. Some of the jade wolves decided to disengage from the pack and create their own packs which led to the disunity amongst wolves, they couldn’t bear the harsh treatment from the Jade wolves and then moved on to form theirs. It was a war for survival, most of them lost their lives and the ones that didn’t were injured badly. Tara was just a child when the war started and when it ended, her father Sirius who had survived moved to form a pack of his own. Years later after the war had ended, Memb

he said. He pointed to the map on the wall. "...What is?" I did not answer him. Instead, I got another map from under the table. This map was not marked with kingdoms. It showed ruins and forgotten shrines. It showed the paths that existed before the kingdoms were made. Raze stared at the map. "I have never seen this," he said. I said, "Few people have." Razes' eyes followed a red line on the map. It ended at a symbol that looked like a crescent moon.

Weeds coat the city as well as a thick layer of sediment. “It’s happening all over,” Ryatt says softly, in obvious disbelief. “Cities are rising all over Eastonia. From the rivers and the sand.” He goes on to explain that in Tarsian, Jaxon’s people awoke to Oasia giving way, and rushed to safety in time to witness an ancient kingdom emerge from the sand. In the Roguelands, temples and old villages broke through the very ground they stood on. Rifthold collapsed in full, and the river separating the once towering fortress from Ryatt’s lands filled the space left behind, burying it under water.

"Move, Aradaa! Don't look back, just f**king climb!" Kaelor’s voice was a ragged whisper, muffled by the roar of the wind whipping through the skeletal remains of the 50th-floor rafters. He shoved Aradaa toward a rusted I-beam that vibrated with every gust. Below them, the new city was a jagged landscape of overgrown cathedrals and neon-streaked slums. The "Wilds" weren't forests; they were the vertical graveyards of the old world.

"And he has the roar of the dawn" We began the descent. The Under-Realm was a world of terrifying beauty. We moved through tunnels of translucent obsidian and veins of glowing sapphire quartz. The air grew hotter and thinner as we moved deeper, smelling of brimstone and ancient, stagnant rot. Giant mushrooms, taller than a man and glowing with a sickly violet light, lined the paths, their spores drifting through the air like radioactive snow.

Rotting, skeletal hands burst from the mud, grabbing my ankles and pulling me down. "The Deadlands," Zade roared, his shadows flaring. "She opened a gate to the Deadlands!" Sasha let out a horrific, echoing laugh as she was swallowed by the green mist. The ground gave way entirely, and Zade and I plummeted into a dark, screaming abyss.
