Rejected By The Alpha Claimed By The Lycan King Althea Novels & Stories

“Not physical obstacles. Something designed specifically to alert her to exactly the kind of bloodline presence our own party carries.” “Then she likely already knows we are here,” Rowan said grimly. We pressed forward regardless, understanding that retreat now would simply grant her additional time to move the captive boy elsewhere, and we found him finally in a small chamber deep within the mountainside, bound but apparently unharmed, his expression carrying the particular exhausted terror of someone who had endured several days of genuine uncertainty about his own fate. “You are the Lycan Queen,” he said, his voice shaking as I moved quickly to free his bindings. “She told me you would ev

Tessa A murmur ripples through the ballroom as Alpha Lennox stride in behind Renric, as if they came together. Suddenly the music stops. A clear, commanding voice cuts through the air from the elevated DJ platform. “Alpha Renric, the Lycan King of the Northern Lythengar… and Alpha Lennox, the Lycan King of the Eastern Lythengar.” Every Alpha in the room straightens. One by one, they bow as both Renric and Lennox walk in.

He made sure I ate, that I rested, that no one approached with ill intent. And of course, the rumors didn’t take long to surface. “They say the Alpha is in love with her,” I overheard one afternoon between two cooks. “That he cares for her pups as if they were his own.” I walked away before I heard more. I couldn’t allow myself to think about that. Not now, not after everything that had happened. I wasn’t ready to give my heart to anyone. Besides, I highly doubted that a Lycan King would be interested in a woman carrying another man’s children who had been rejected twice.

Alessia said walking up to a lycan after dropping her sword to the fate of the bloody ground. “Even now Alessia, you know the laws. You are fully aware how this works. DEFEAT THE ALPHA AND YOU BECOME THE ALPHA, DEFEAT THE KING AND THEN YOU’LL BECOME THE KING.” the lycan replied walking to meet Alessia. “Anyways you know that I can’t even stop this, even if I wanted to. I may be their alpha and they take orders from me but Cassius is my alpha and I take orders from him.” he added charging straight for Alessia with full claws.

"You don't have to..." He shook her off. His eyes met mine again and something flickered there. Pain? Regret? But it was gone so fast I might have imagined it. Then his face became a mask. Cold. Emotionless. The face of an Alpha about to make a hard decision. "I, Damon Blackwood, Alpha of the Crescent Moon Pack..." His voice rang out clear and strong across the silent ballroom. No. Please no. "...reject you, Aurora Sinclair, as my mate and future Luna."

However, fate had a different plan in store for her. As the dreaded lycan prince, Adrian Caleb, arrived at the pack estate, Alessia's life took an unexpected turn. Adrian was captivated by her beauty and spirit, and he took her away from the pack to be his personal maid and live with him. Alessia, although initially hesitant, found solace in Adrian's presence. With time, their bond deepened, and Adrian realized that Alessia was the girl he had been waiting for to assume the throne as the Alpha King.

"And you are going to accept my rejection and forget about me, we can never be together! I am an Alpha King, I do not need a mate like you." I cried more as his words rolled off his tongue, "Stop your crying, it is fucking irritating!" He said and I sobbed. "You are going to leave after the rejection and never set foot within my territory again, mutt!" He warned, "Is that clear?" I nodded at him and watched him do what I feared the most. "I, Lycus Dardanos." He began, "Alpha King of the werewolf community, the next in command after the wolf's council and the Alpha of Blackmoon pack reject you Nyx E…"

Exhaling, I placed my back against the cold wall, practicing breathing exercises to calm my raging nerves. What in heaven's name is the moon goddess up to? She gave me two mates who rejected me without having a second thought only to hand me over to the third one who had refused to reject me. From what I heard, he is the Lycan King. Why will the Lycan King accept an Omega when what he needs is a female Alpha to rule by his side. Wait! Pushing my hand forward with my head tilted to the side, I tried to speak but I couldn't piece together the puzzle in my head.

“Are you an Omega now?” “I was supposed to be,” I hesitated. “But the Lycan King, who is the Alpha of this pack, found out that I was his third-chance mate.” “Third chance?” Father asked, his eyes lighting up. “I was shocked when I heard that. Safe to say he’s my second-chance mate too,” I sighed. “But he isn’t as accessible as Damon. You know—Lycan King vibes.” He pulled my cheeks, smiling. “Yeah, I get it, love. Don’t worry. I’m here now. Nothing evil will happen to you. I’ll be your protector, even if it means laying down my life.”

"This is Silverclaw territory. You're a long way from the snow." The man took a step forward. The air around him grew heavy. "I am Lycian," he said. "Alpha of the North." "And I am hunting anomalies." He looked at her left eye. "Like you." Arielle’s heart hammered against her ribs. Lycian. The Wolf King. The only Alpha who refused to bow to the Inquisition. Rumors said he killed his own father to take the throne. He was a monster. But right now, a monster was exactly what she needed.
