Rejected By The Alpha Claimed By The Lycan King Althea นิยาย & เรื่องราว

Letting out a cough, I pointed at one of the two chairs in front of my desk. “Have a seat and continue.” “No, it’s fine. I…” Giving him a menacing glare, shut him up in an instant. Sailing the knot in his throat, he said, “Thank you, Alpha.” “Continue.” “Right, so I heard the news that Albert is apparently the right hand of the Lycan King’s Heiress. To help the princess, he went to the Wakeland and led warriors and other members to deal with the rogue issues that were happening there.”

The Lycan King’s gaze locked onto him, a predatory gleam in his eyes. “What is your problem, Alpha Jasper?” the Lycan King asked, his voice deceptively calm. Jasper’s jaw tightened and his fists clenched. The room fell silent, everyone holding their breath. But he did not answer. Instead, he quickly stormed out of the room. Later that day, as the shadows lengthened and the day drew to a close, Seraphina found me again. Her expression was serious. “The Lycan King wishes to see you again,” she said formally.

The room erupted in chaos as the other lycans rose to their feet, their faces contorted in anger and confusion. I knelt before him, hands clasped in a desperate plea. “Forgive me, sire. It’s my fault. I’ll instantly reject you. I, Tara Morgan, slave of Alpha King Ethan, hereby reject you, Supreme Alpha King Ethan, as my mate—” Before I could finish, a forceful hand slammed against my cheek, leaving my head spinning, ears ringing, and vision blurred. Ethan struck me. “How dare you reject me, you foolish creature!” he growled. Another stinging slap landed on my face, forcing me onto the hard stone floor. “How does a lowly nobody like you dare to reject me?!”

Gasps erupted from the crowd, and chaos swept through the circle. “Get the healer!,” Someone shouted. I dropped to my knees beside him,my hands trembling as I cracked his head on my lap ,”Ethan, please”. “Get away from him,” Alpha Rowan roared at me,pushing me to the ground. The healer rushed forward, she examined him,and her expression was grave as she turned towards the Alpha. “This is no ordinary illness” she said, her expression grim. “His soul is rejecting the bond, and only the Lycan king can save him now”.

"The Alpha King is Here!" Alpha Steve and his Beta, Gamma, plus hundred of his pack combatants stood at the perimeter of the pack, their faces phlegmatic, frugal, and barren, their jaws clutched and their eyes onerous, trepidation wasn't in their midst. They loitered patiently for the arrival of their sovereign, the Lycan Alpha King of Arcelia, the supreme ruler of every creature cultivated by the mood goddess. His chi and aura was the first thing that infiltrated their nose, their knees shortly diminished as they combated the notion to submit.

I saw the restraint in him, the way he held himself back from touching me, from pulling me closer. Would I fall for him if he reached out? Last night, I was sure I’d been screaming his name—not Damien’s. Maybe if the bond was gone, I could finally be free. I closed my eyes, bracing myself for the words. But just before he spoke, I stopped him. “No one can know about this.” He nodded once, finally meeting my gaze again. The sadness in his eyes was unmistakable, heavy, unspoken. “I, Joel,” he said firmly, “next Alpha King of Theandor, son of Arial… reject you, Scarlet Underwood, as my mate.”

Opening her eyes, it dawned on her. She didn't hit the ground. Looking up a bit, she met his charming face: thick jaw, deep brown eyes, sharp nose, and a bloody lip. This description suits no one else than Alpha Raymond, the Lycan king known for his deadly acts. “If you wish to end your miserable life, then it's okay, but not in my company,” he dropped her down, and she turned around. Her stupid mind didn't think through; trying to commit suicide in a company, wasn't smart at all.

The crowd gasped, and Declan grew even angrier, balling his fists until his fingers were pale white. “I refuse your rejection,” Declan said as soon as I spoke. My soul cratered inside me. My punishment might have lasted forever. Then the alpha king spoke clearly, with conviction. “That is not your call, Alpha Declan. All evidence points to your abuse of this woman, your mate. As your king, I order you to accept Luka Shaw’s rejection.” “No,” Declain said. The crowd grew more incredulous. I couldn’t believe it.

“The Lycan King claimed protection first.” My head started hurting badly and I felt trapped. Like everyone around me discussed my life while I stood there powerless again, just like before. One elder stepped forward carefully. “By ancient bond law, a rejected mate may still remain connected if the rejection was incomplete.” Cassian’s face darkened instantly and Draven looked victorious for the first time since entering the throne room. The elder continued nervously, “However… if another Alpha forms a competing claim…” The room erupted again and my breathing became uneven.

"Let's get straight to the point, shall we?" I blinked at him, not knowing how to take the news. I guess that explained the weird sensations I felt whenever he spoke, looked at me, or touched me. "I do not want a mate, much less one that looks like she can open her legs that easily…" What?! He was indirectly calling me a whore. I wasn't a whore; I was a virgin until last night. The bloodstains on the sheets should prove that. "Excuse m—" "I, London Knight, Alpha King, and Lycan Alpha of the Bloodmoon pack, hereby reject you—"
