I nodded fiercely. “More than you know. He’s mine. I’d burn the world down to keep him.” A soft smile touched Ben’s lips. “Lucky guy.” “I’m the lucky one,” I whispered, meaning every word. “He chose me. He fights for me. I get to be his.”
