Romans & histoires Rising Of The Shield Hero Crossover Fanfiction

Ash Ryder was shivering, his knuckles white as he gripped a jagged piece of obsidian just to feel the weight of a weapon. "Rhea, you can’t take them all on," Ash rasped, his breath hitching in a way that made her heart bleed. "There are dozens of them. I can hear the engines now. Real engines. They aren't hiding anymore." "I don't care if there are hundreds!" Rhea roared, her amber eyes flaring with a brilliance that outshone the dying violet eclipse in the sky. "You spent your whole life protecting me, Ash. Now you’re human. You’re vulnerable. It’s my turn to be the shield."

Shiro yelled, try to speak to Orie amidst the noise. "WHAT?!!" Orie replied, not hearing what Shiro said "I SAID, WHAT NOW?" Shiro yelled much more loudly "Oh" Orie said as he finally heard what Shiro was saying "JUST DO AS I DO!!" he yelled. Then he positioned his hand in front of his face and yelled "SHIELD!!" and a round holographic blue shield appeared on his hand and he rushed forward. The others also did as he did and their shields also appeared and they rushed forward.

“It’s going to work, Aurora. And I can help. I know you’re scared. But right now, we need to act fast.” The words felt like they didn’t quite make sense, but the trust in her eyes—the certainty—told me everything I needed to know. I could feel the tension in the air, the weight of the moment pressing down on all of us. We didn’t have time to question it. Not anymore. Caleb glanced at Alpha Camden, who nodded solemnly. Ashton looked between us, his expression a mixture of wariness and hope. Then all of their eyes turned back to Caroline. “Aurora’s right,” Caleb said, his voice low. “We need one more person to make the shield work. Caroline, if you’re sure—”

“Can you keep this up long enough for our men to come with weapons?” I nodded, “Yeah, I am sure I can. Xipher you were right. Only I didn’t think she would send them in this soon.” “Me too. Shannon is quite sure she can hold the shield up for a while.” Just then a laser shot past Xipher, and I aimed the bolt in the direction it came from and heard a scream. “Don’t worry about me, Xipher, get down under the shield.” “I am not leaving your side. Not this time.”

It was more than one person could take. Dante, half-frozen in bone, crawled over. He reached out with his one human hand and touched her shoulder. “I’m here, June. Take my strength. Take this bone. Make it the foundation for your world.” Leo grabbed her other hand. “I’m the bridge, Mommy! Let the power flow through me!” As they all touched, gold, bone, and yeast blended together. The darkness didn’t just turn into a planet—it became a Shield, big enough to protect the universe.

Or if some fated coincidence had allowed all three of them to work together. A shield had arisen domed around the fallen queen, covering Madame Skia, Ilyria and the Mogul. It shimmered like light but resisted everything Zlo directed at it, hard as a diamond. Madame Skia knelt next to her sister, lifting her by the shoulders, wiping at her bloody and battered face with the sleeve of her dress. Ilyria heard her love as she whispered to her sister that it was alright, she was going to be alright. Even as Zlo continued to throw his curses at them and the shield trembled beneath the bombardment. But held.

I would save him, I had to; for me and for her. SHAMSHIEL If I had been asked if I ever thought I would be flat on my back, my best chance at living squarely on the shoulders of the original murderer I would have laughed. Now that it was however, it was a lot less amusing. The asshole had bound KoKobiel’s bloodied wings together, creating a large cup of sorts, tossing me inside he lashed the wings to his waist and began to pull. Cain was the ugliest and worst sled dog I could imagine, but I was still grateful. The Earth bumped beneath me and I groaned in pain, the rock catching me just right. Cain didn’t slow down in the slightest, but kept going, determined to get to the Nest and to Castor.

I said to her, hoping that she would come back to us if she remembers that she is supposed to be protecting us. “What do you mean? Are you trying to say the shield protecting us would wear out now?!!” Kylie said being even more scared about the news that she was for Sasha's position. “Yes, she told me that as long as she was aware of everything she was doing then the shield would never wear off, but now that she isn’t aware of anything and clearly can’t even see us how would the shield still be working?” I said to Kylie, and she sat on the sofa covering her mouth as I noticed tears coming out of her eyes yet again and Frederick had already run to get water to feed Sasha . Maybe she would be

Its claws scraped against the shield with a screech that made me wince. “Shit, shit, shit—” Hazel muttered under her breath, her arms trembling with the effort. The beast roared and slammed again, harder. The shield cracked, causing a crooked line to spread across it. “Hazel!” I cried out, my chest tightening in fear. “Shut the fuck up, I’ve got it!” she snapped, her voice was strained. At the last second, Hazel twisted her fingers and the shield exploded outward, blasting Knox, no, the beast, back a few feet. It snarled and came charging again.
