Who loses will take one first," He replied. They both readied theirselves, their hands in midair. "Rock, Paper, Scissors." They both said as they shake their fist up and down. "Ugh!" He simply smiled with a look of relief. The apple rolled to the ground, picking up dirt. From the start, Zach had been provoking Jessica on purpose. I looked at the blood spreading on the ground and at Zach's collapsed body, then at the frail and blind Jessica. I understood it all. This was Zach seeking redemption using Jessica. At the very end, Zach seemed to see me. His eyes were pleading. "Annie, now that I did this, will this make you feel any better?" As my own body faded, I realized this might be the last thing I would ever say. I looked right at him and gave a cold, cruel smile.

“Rock, paper, scissors.” We faced each other, our hands out and ready and I lost. Luca smirked but I wasn't done. “Ah, let's decide after five rounds,” I begged. “Pleasssse.” He agreed and we started the second round. I won, then the third, he won and I took the lead at the fourth round. Now, we were tied and I swallowed. “Rock, paper, scissors,” he announced. I acted fast, placing a quick kiss on his lips and he froze.

After my older sister, Elise Sterling, is supposedly imprisoned for financial crimes, I become the target of retaliation from her enemies. I can't find a job and live under constant threats. Almost every morning, I find garbage left outside my door. At night, I come home to find my front door splattered with red paint, imitating blood. I break down and fall into depression. Over the next five years, I make three attempts to end my life. The last time, as I lay there after emptying the entire bottle of sleeping pills down my throat, waiting for everything to end, I suddenly hear my sister's frantic voice. "I only wanted to punish Leon! Why did you take it this far?" Her godbrother,

She said as she readied her self. "Rock, paper, scissors" "Oh shit" Violet cursed when I put forth my hand. Rock. She did rock again, maybe thinking I won't continue with my paper journey. "Two one." I said. "Rock, paper, scissors" Violet said as she focused with all seriousness. Paper. I was expecting her to put scissors but she ended up putting paper. "Two two" she said happily. "Last one and we would see who gets the bed" "Rock, paper, scissors" This was the final draw. Violet changed in her skills a lot and I can't even guess what the outcome would be. If it was before I'll proudly say I'll be the winner, but now....not so sure.

This situation made him speak up. Too cunning! But waiting here for the two wasn't a solution either. Ethan made a decision. "The old way." Rock, paper, scissors. The two focused and held their breath, playing a round of the game. One round settled the outcome. Ethan suffered a miserable defeat. Jackson sighed with relief.

It goes like this, seven of us will play rock, paper and scissors, the winners will be out, the losers will play again, so whoever wins the final round will be out, and the losers will compete against each other, the last loser standing will be the one who will seek. "Agreed?", I asked. "Agreed!", everyone said excitedly. I could not even believe my parents agreed to this. I thought they would say they were too old for this, but I suppose not too old to have some fun. We did the rock, paper and scissors, Montana ended up being the last loser standing. There will be no going soft in this game, she sulked, but we all laughed and told her to count from one to twenty. "1…2…3…", she started count

“The gray will open it up.” “The gray looks unfinished.” “And the black looks like a cave.” He tilts his head, feigning thoughtfulness. “Rock-paper-scissors?” “You can’t be serious.” I shake my head. “Best two out of three,” he says, his grin breaking through. And so we do it—there, in the middle of the chaos, between drills and dust and shouts, two adults throwing hands like children. We tie twice, laugh too hard, and by the third round, neither of us even remembers who won.

" This time around I threw the question. "Where are all the documents?" She questioned and stretched her hand out for them and I handed them to her with a little bit of hesitancy. She opened them to scan them and when she was done she tilted her head a little. "A job well done everyone. It's time to put and end to all these charades. And get down to business, Elvis.....
