I was actually enjoying it. She said she was only focused on the romance genre, but she loved to explore different sub-genres of it. The one I was currently reading was a medieval fantasy romance, featuring vampires, faeries, witches and werewolves. From the way it was going, I could tell that more creatures would be introduced, and I could not wait to find out. She seemed to have a fascination with the supernatural. I have imagined her reactions so many times when she will find out that werewolves actually existed, and everything I have been telling her was true.

Angel Caierre folded his glowing arms over his tiny chest. “Cute?” Spiky-Horn Caierre barked out a laugh that sounded like metal scraping stone. “Nothing about this is cute. This is a disaster, a cosmic tragedy. A romance doomed from the start and he is way too dumb to realize it.” “I am not dumb!” Caierre snapped. “Sweetheart, you literally asked if ‘I can’t deny you’ was a confession. That’s like the most romantic line ever. Even babies understand that.” Angel Caierre pointed a tiny glowing finger at him.
