I immediately left the bed and went to the Royal Sanctum. The Royal sanctum was a huge place, it was so big that one end couldn't see the other, not at least for an average wolf, or omega. The place was open to Royal members and since I have been the lady, I am permitted to use the place and I have been here quite a few times for reading purposes, specifically to earn more medical historical knowledge. Trinity’s POV The royal library was a world of its own—tall, arched ceilings cloaked in silent shadows, the faint scent of aged parchment and polished mahogany drifting through the air like a comforting embrace. It was much colder here than in my room, and yet I felt oddly more alive. Was the matter really that grave this time? I quickened my pace through the endless corridors of the palace. When I finally reached the royal study, the two guards outside the carved wooden doors straightened instantly. "His Majesty is waiting for you, Your Highness," one of them said, bowing respectfully. I acknowledged him with a nod and pushed the doors open. The scent of old books and sandalwood greeted me immediately. The large study was dimly lit, illuminated only by golden lamps and the fire crackling in the fireplace. Shelves lined every wall, filled with ancient records and leather-bound books.
