Heat rose up my body and my face flushed at the thought of Sasha in Berlin when he discovered I wasn’t wearing underwear under my long skirt, he too called me a cheeky zayka, which meant rabbit. I shook my head as I reminded myself that Lyosha, the Russian tour guide had called me zayka several times as well and this was clearly a Russian term of endearment.
