"A lot of money." "If it involves guns, drugs, or stealing, I don't go." "What?" He chuckled. "That's racist, man. Just because I'm black, you judge me low." "I'm just kidding." Half serious. I don't want to work as a criminal. Fany wants me to be a grown man with a job, not a criminal. "So, what job do you mean?" “My uncle, Johnson. He's a tattoo parlor entrepreneur. He has two branches in LA. Well, he opened a new branch in Santee Alley. I hope your tattooing skills haven't faded."

The Moon Goddess' Mate

The Moon Goddess' Mate

I mused, popping a piece of bread in my mouth. “You, a tattoo? Good girl Sophia with permanent ink, I can’t picture it..” He teased me and I couldn’t help but smile. “I resent that statement.” I scoffed, throwing a hand over my heart in mock offence. Jasper’s smile widened, “What would you get?” He leaned back in his seat with his arms crossed over his chest. “The elements; air, fire, earth and water and a crescent moon with a shadow.” The image had been playing in my head for a while.

I was very happy and satisfied though still craving for more after reading the first book last time. Then after a long time I happened to see this second book that seems so familiar upon reading the plot so I checked the author's list and saw that this is the sequel. Now I'm excited and anticipating

Totally just took a break from another book to binge this one! Beyond happy with the frequent updates, too! This is the second book in a series, and I’ve been able to tell from the very beginning that this will be just as good as the first!!

Death Notice

Death Notice

the tattooed man said with a laugh. “What are you doing? I want to go home. I don’t want to stay here. I beg you to let me go. I will give you as much money as you want. My father has a lot of money.” There were five big bathtubs in the room. There were two bathtubs with a woman standing in each of them. The wooden lid on them was like a shackle, locking their necks and covering the bathtubs. “Haha! Beauties, you must be starving.” The tattooed man put the food on the lid.

Falling for My Billionaire Best Friend

Falling for My Billionaire Best Friend

Dean barks. “Free tattoos, man! One hundred dollars for me,” Kyland tells Bash, waggling his brows. “But I have to bet my one hundred dollars?” Bash asks, laughing. “C’mon, Bash,” Sean encourages him to throw his money. “Tattoos.” Kyland sings. “I’m not getting another tattoo,” Bash says. “You’ve got a tattoo?” Sean asks him, seemingly surprised. “Yep.” He smirks. “I did that,” Kyland says proudly, raising his hand.

I enjoyed this story, it keeps you engaged. There were time jumps and jumps from place to place that had no explanation and were hard to follow. Also it really needs some heavy proofreading and fixing grammatical issues. good story line and loved Bash's character... why was the journal important?

Beautiful story. My only issues, although this has nothing to do with the writing but the characters themselves, is how they are both too stubborn to just be honest with their feelings. Also, idk what’s the connection to FOX. It seemed interesting but it got forgetten. Why get the journal?

Silk Suit & Golf Shoes (When the Boss wants you)

Silk Suit & Golf Shoes (When the Boss wants you)

” He grabbed my hands and led me to the carnival shooting booths handing me the small arrows to arm at the water ball. He goes first, and with five arrows he misses like a toddler losing a game. That motivates me to aim, win and give him the puppy plushie. If I didn't know Machado was a feared Mafia Boss, I'd argue with anyone who told me —-- because right now, he is jumping with excitement like a kid getting a prize. His joy disarms me like a toy gun shooting real bullets. His tattoos peak from his knuckles and arm—- two rings on his fingers, the index and pinkie, probably making his family rank. Skulls and bullets inked on his knuckles.

Choas and change

Choas and change

James didn’t respond. Eliora continued, softer: “But even Judas had a choice until the very end.” That night, the fire on James’s palm turned gold. A new word burned onto the blueprint: “You will lose some but what remains will shake the city.” And far away, in a hotel room lit only by a flickering lamp, Chuka stared at the pouch he’d been given. He opened it. It wasn’t money. It was ash. And a note: “This is what happens to those who sell fire for fame.”
