Susan 's POV: Startled by the vivid dream, I'm abruptly jolted awake. The dampness between my legs serves as a tangible reminder of how my body responds to these forbidden fantasies. I can't shake his face from my mind—those captivating eyes, those lips that brought both pleasures and torment to my senses. "This is sheer madness," I whisper in despair, seeking solace in reciting the Lord's prayer. Waking up repeatedly due to these haunting dreams has become exhausting, and I long for a reprieve.

When he lifts his face his eyes are green and his face is no longer human. As he stares at the big moon, he completes the grotesque change. Samantha nodded, letting her know that what she said was true. "Can... will...I have my memories, too?" Sandra whispered. "Keeping your memories or letting go of it is purely your choice, Sandra. If you want to keep your memories, you will have them." Samantha placed her hand in Sandra's hand and closed her eyes. "I bestow upon thee the phoenix's grace, With tears that cleanse and heal, embrace. A rebirth granted, a better way, A soul renewed, stronger each day." Samantha said the words out loud, and as soon as she opened her eyes, a very beautiful and large phoenix hovered above Sandra and let out a loud cry. Just as its teardrop touched Sandra, she glowed bright and faded.
