“For what it’s worth, I want Turner alive too. And I want whoever’s playing undertaker in my city to get very public indigestion.” “We’ll settle for a choke,” Jack said. Scott’s mouth twitched. “You always did.” He stepped away from the table, gave them the space back, and left. The room breathed out but didn’t relax. Ty’s screen lit—feeds waking, a cascade of windows like saints’ icons in a digital church. He spoke without looking up. “Two containers dropped off a ship at three-oh-four. Offload pattern: military. Trace says they went to Fourth Street and then… disappeared.”

Owned By The Don: Dark Mafia Romance

Retinal. “2147,” Keller said. Punched it in. The door hissed. Opened. Cold air. Metal. Deposit boxes wall to wall. “Yours,” Keller said to Rosie. Pointed. 2147. Middle row. Rosie stepped up. Pressed her palm to the scanner. Red light. _ACCESS DENIED. BIOMETRIC MISMATCH._ “What?” I said. Keller blinked. “That’s— that should be Arthur Blackwood’s palm. Or approved—”

The Tycoon's Forbidden Desire

The Tycoon's Forbidden Desire

"Forty minutes, sir. But the winds are picking up." "We don't have forty minutes," Elena said, her engineering mind switching into survival mode. "Killian, look at the schematic. The only way to stop a Scorch protocol is a physical override at the Atuabo Relay. But the relay isn't in London. And it isn't in Ghana." "Then where is it?"

Vows of Graphite and Guilt

Vows of Graphite and Guilt

A schematic of a double-helix data stream was spinning in a slow, infinite circle. REDIRECT PROTOCOL: ACTIVE. TARGET 1 (DEPT OF JUSTICE): ROUTED TO SECURE_SANDBOX_V4. TARGET 2 (INTERPOL): ROUTED TO SECURE_SANDBOX_V4. TARGET 3 (MARSEILLE VANCE CORE): TERMINATED AT PROXY_LOOP. "What is Sandbox Four?" Clara asked, leaning in close, her shoulder pressed against Julian's solid chest.

Unfit For Him, Now His Regret

Unfit For Him, Now His Regret

“Walk out with me and I forget the contract. You stay, and I make sure you both disappear.” Alex didn’t answer. He just squeezed Seraph’s hand again, quick, before dropping it. A promise. A goodbye, maybe. The warehouse door outside shuddered as someone hit it from the other side. Sloane’s voice, muffled: “Seraph! The code is 7-4-9-1!” Ronan smiled. “She’s not getting in.” Alex glanced at the keypad by the door. 7-4-9-1. His fingers twitched like he was calculating odds.

The Endgame Chronicles

The Endgame Chronicles(The Apocalyptic Queen Theresa)(Supreme Survivor In The Zombie Apocalypse)

Hayley asked quietly. "Both." Hayley's eyes lit up. "So those bastards are all here?" Scott shook his head. "I can't be sure. The Deciders are spread all over the world." Hearing that, Hayley calmed herself slightly. "Then when will they come here?" "I don't know." Scott swiped his SS-level access card with a sharp beep and opened a heavy bunker-like door in front of them. The massive mechanical doors slowly split apart, revealing an elevator descending underground.

This is by far and beyond the best book I've read in a long time! It kept me so engaged that I had a lot of sleepless nights and I had to force myself to put it down. If it was in book form, I would buy it in a heartbeat! Thank you Hugh White for writing and publishing this book. it's the story of a

Worth the read, well written and has a decent plot. The characters generally have a lot of depth, although one or two have been a little strange, maybe written that way on purpose. The FMC sometimes feels a little too cold, and vengeful, but again part of her character... I will continue reading!

The Secret Between Us

It was built for containment. Keller fired up a terminal. “You accessed your file,” he said. Not a question. Selena nodded, focusing on the data. “And you saw the edits.” “Yes.” He studied her for a while, measuring how much she’d already put together. Then he turned the screen her way. The document wasn’t one she’d seen before. Protocol 7B – Trial Candidate Review Her eyes locked on the identifier. Main Candidate: SH-419 Suddenly, she felt something snap inside—tight and immediate.

Their cryogenic rifles remained slung; their blades stayed sheathed. Moving in flawless unison, the assassins dropped to their knees among the shivering scavengers and bowed their heads. Beneath their void-black armor, interlocking carbon-fiber spikes slid from their spinal columns and clamped directly into the steel floor grates. The squad transformed into rooted hardware. "Aria." Kael's digitized voice broke through the Grand Hall's speakers. The steady blue waveform on the central terminal shattered into a chaotic mess of crimson static. "The perimeter dampeners are catching a localized frequency spike in Sector Four. We're picking up a massive data transmission."

THE BILLONIARE UNWANTED SUBSTITUTE BRIDE

THE BILLONIARE UNWANTED SUBSTITUTE BRIDE

“We’re going to Geneva. And we’re going to burn the last of this empire to the ground.” Meanwhile, across the Atlantic, in a hidden facility buried beneath the Swiss Alps… Navarro stood before a two-way mirror, watching a new subject convulse under the flickering fluorescent lights. A man in a black suit stepped beside him. “She’s dead,” the man reported. “Seraphina escaped. With them.” Navarro didn’t flinch. “Then we move to Phase Four. Activate Sanctum.” “But...” “She was never the only one,” Navarro said coldly. “Just the prototype. Now… we perfect the design.”

Stupid fan! “Six, why are you here?” the guy asked. His number one fan was right about him being Spanish. “Well, I’m here to get breakfast, but I also wanted to introduce you to someone,” Six replied. “I'm actually meeting someone in your life?” the guy scowled. “Trust me, I'm just as shocked that I’m doing this. Rochelle Solano, meet Five. Five, Rochelle,” Six introduced Prominent, I repeat.. “Really?” I couldn't help but giggle. “I feel like I’m missing something here,” Five admitted.
