HALF BREED

HALF BREED

Billions of Phytoplankton, all linked by miles of translucent fiber, embraced both her body and her mind. The Say'lynt, one of four in existence, came from ocean world IH-4762-ASX41. Like her "parents", Shola was highly telepathic. Even more amazing was the fact that the alien could control other sentiments from a distance. Her voice echoed through Sophie's mind. "So, the work goes well?" "Work?" Sophie asked dreamily. "What work?" "Oh, nothing much", the alien teased, "just the interstellar corporation for which you have ultimate responsibility and the Center for Undersea Research".

The Don’s Dangerous Addiction

The Don’s Dangerous Addiction

The rear door, unable to fully close in the rush, swung wildly with the vehicle's violent acceleration. Avery launched herself forward. Like a mother driven mad, she threw herself onto the rear step of the speeding van. Physical pain seemed to have been severed entirely by maternal instinct. Her ten fingers dug into the narrow gap of the door, barely half an inch wide. Inside the cargo hold, a scar-faced man hunched over the communicator grabbed his radio. "—Yes, Mr. D. The direct derivative sample of Subject 047 has been secured. No damage to the specimen." *047.*

Alpha Scarlett

Alpha Scarlett

Scott asks Channing. Channing simply nods and turns, walking in the direction of where the human presumably met a very unfortunate end, with Scott following him. “Do you mind if I ask you a few more questions, Alpha?” Detective Doug asks me. Chapter 14 coming soon

Bound to the Moon: The Exorcist's Accidental Alpha

Bound to the Moon: The Exorcist's Accidental Alpha

"By the lock and the key, by the stars and the sea... SYSTEM OVERRIDE!" She funneled her spiritual energy into the ship's data-lines. The Navigator acted as a skeleton key, bypassing the Ark’s firewalls. The violet lights flickered, turning a defiant golden-amber. The Sentinel drones suddenly paused, their targeting systems confused by the mixture of Taoist runes and binary code. "Keep moving!" Scarlett shouted. "The bridge is five levels up. That’s where the High Scientist is hiding!" They fought their way through the corridors, a silver wolf and a golden exorcist tearing through a temple of steel. They passed a laboratory labeled "Project Chimera: Original Blueprints," and Caleb’s pace slo

Love wasn't in the contract

Love wasn't in the contract

Not after the confession. Not after finally choosing each other. Their feelings hadn't made the mission easier. If anything, it made the stakes even higher. Now they had someone they couldn't bear to lose. They reached a heavy blast door marked SECTOR C – CENTRAL TRANSIT. Sophia's access card was still clutched tightly in Damon's hand. He slid it into the security panel. The scanner flashed red. ACCESS DENIED "What?" Isabella frowned. Damon tried again. Another beep. ACCESS DENIED

The Twins He Never Knew

The Twins He Never Knew

Liam whispered, looking at the coin. Suddenly, my tablet—the one Hestia had managed to keep shielded—chirped with a final, high-priority alert. It wasn't from Silas. It wasn't from Aris. It was an automated message from the Sterling Global server, triggered by the collapse of the signal. "PHASE 4 ABORTED. INITIATING PHASE 5: THE SCORCHED EARTH PROTOCOL. TARGET: ALL PROTOTYPE NODES. ESTIMATED IMPACT: T-MINUS 60 MINUTES."

Blessed by the Blood Moon

Blessed by the Blood Moon

Patrick asked as if nothing happened. “One of the wolves is out of control.” Patrick and I exchange glances. “Lead the way, man.” Just our luck. This is it. I try to communicate with Liam and Lucas. “We may have found the secret lab. It´s on Sub-level 4.” “We´re on our way.” Liam replied through the pack link. The Lab Technician leads us to Sub-Level 4. He keys in the code, which I relay to Liam. “The code to the elevator is Alpha-9-6-5-3-Omega.”

Airiane
It has an intriguing concept. I re-read the blurb when I was in the middle of reading the first three chapters. I have only seen male alpha stories so I will keep the story on my list to find out more. Fighting Laura! Keep up the good work author!
Mayemura Special
The story line is like no other. I honestly loved it. However, if you could work on the dialogue tags, it would be even better. I was having difficulty understanding who was saying what at times. That said, the story is good and seems to be progressing at a steady pace

His Discarded Mate

His Discarded Mate

Sarah, how do I know which one? She spoke urgently into the microphone. Look for the code SC-47, a blue vial. Got it. Grabbing it now. Relief flooded through me, overwhelming and fleeting, nearly buckling my knees. Harrison, report? Nathaniel asked, voice edged with worry. Static. Harrison? More static, then a guttural grunt of pain. Harrison's voice, strained and rough: Shoulder's hit, but I can still move. They're everywhere. Every exit route we planned is compromised.
