His Mate, My Spy

His Mate, My Spy

she asked. “Dramas,” one of them said proudly. “Of course,” another agreed. “All the good ones start like this.” Emily could only stare. “They get married in secret,” the woman continued enthusiastically, “private ceremony, no one knows, then the wife comes to work in the company and pretends to be just another employee.” “And sometimes,” another added, “they even sign contracts not to reveal the marriage.” Emily let out a soft breath, somewhere between disbelief and exhaustion. “That is not what this is,” she said.

Trapped By The Cold-Hearted Billionaire

Trapped By The Cold-Hearted Billionaire

Michael stared at her, unblinking. “…What?” Vivian grinned. “Marriage, Michael. You know, ‘I do,’ some cake, a wedding dress—” Michael cut her off. “Yes.” Vivian’s mouth opened, then closed. “Wait. What?” “Yes,” he repeated. “But in secret. No one can know.” Her eyes widened. “Ooooh, a secret marriage. How mysterious. How scandalous. How—” She gasped, clasping her hands together. “Are we having a forbidden romance?”

Married a Secret Billionaire

Married a Secret Billionaire

Maisie was momentarily stunned, like a deer caught in headlights. "Ms. Squire, I'm truly sorry," Lily said with a somewhat embarrassed smile. "I was afraid you'd react this way, which is why I didn't reveal my identity when we first met. "Although Mr. Quimby and I were once married…" She looked into Maisie's eyes and spoke earnestly. "We were only nominally married. We got married for the sake of our families' interests. I have no connection to him, so you don't need to concern yourself with his past."

I've only read two books on this app. This is the second and by far the best one. The storylines are fluid, the characters are endowed with personality and most importantly the writer makes them come together seamlessly. Ideally, this is what the experience should be, uncomplicated and enjoyable.

I like the story. However, the cost is high for books on here and they are never ending. Not that the chapters are long, but it is almost the same outlying as the other books from this author. Sometimes it takes a moment to see what characters they have actively engaged in that chapter.

Secretly Married to My Boss

Secretly Married to My Boss

“He inherited Valenrose Suites from his family, but he built it into the empire it is today. Then, Valenrose was just a normal hotel—just a 2-star hotel—but he turned it into what it is today, making it a five-star hotel. He doesn’t attend social functions unless absolutely necessary. Even when he attends one, he goes alone. No female companions. He doesn’t entertain rumors, and he hates incompetence.” She blinked. “How do you know all that?” I smiled, lowering my gaze. “People talk. If you listen long enough, you learn things.” But that wasn’t the truth. Not really. The truth was something I had never told anyone here. Not even her. The truth was… He’s my husband. Yes, he is mine. The husba

A Night With Richard

A Night With Richard

She lowered her head to avoid exposing herself with her expression. "What a super fallacy. How can this be true? Many people who married secretly in the past only did it because their parents were not in support of their marriage or because the partners were not in love with each other but married for their conveniences especially for financial reasons since a secret marriage will enable them to be with their partners and still date outside," Bella analyzed. "Does Mr. Wilson look anything like what I just mentioned? Do you think anyone can stop him from marrying a woman that he wants to marry or that he will marry someone he doesn't like just for financial reasons?"

couldn't believe that I'm in this situation. "Can you give me time to.. think?" "I'm afraid, I can't." He said and I sighed. "Mr. Sterling, marriage is a real deal for me. I can't just randomly marrying you. You can find another woman who would gladly help you in this situation." I said nervously and he shook his head. "We will enter the marriage secretly and we will have a divorce secretly. I will guarantee you that, you can act like you never got married before." He said like it wasn't a big deal for him. I'm starting to have a headache all of the sudden.

His Unwanted Heir

His Unwanted Heir

She thought about what Amara had said in the Sunday kitchen. At some point, that boy is going to ask you a question that you can't answer with a strategy. She lifted her eyes. "He married me in secret," she said. "Because his family wouldn't accept me. I was—I wasn't what they wanted for him. Wrong background, wrong connections, wrong everything." She paused. The words were coming out more easily than she had expected, which she noted with distant surprise. "We were married for three years. I believed it was real. I believed we were building toward something. That one day he would—" She stopped. Found the next words. "I thought the secret was temporary. That it was about timing. That eventua

THE ALPHA KING'S DESPISED OMEGA

His voice held something like surprise and the smallest edge of amusement. “Yes,” I said. “Two weeks ago. You made me sign.” My voice dropped a little, uncertain, remembering the rush and the fear and how his hands had been everywhere when he convinced me—how the papers had been signed in a blur and then hidden. “We did it secretly. You wanted it private.” For a moment he just stared. Then something like a smile cracked the hard line of his mouth. “I did sign it,” he said. He leaned back, his palm flat on the bed. “We’re married. I know.”

Too Late to Claim Me Again

Too Late to Claim Me Again

Anna stepped out of the car beside Liam. They were now officially husband and wife. Each step felt unbearably heavy, the reality still difficult for Anna to accept. The marriage had happened too fast—too suddenly, far removed from anything she had ever imagined for herself. “Anna,” Matilda called, immediately linking her arm through Anna’s. Her gaze was serious. “Listen to Mom carefully,” she said in a low but firm voice. “For now, your marriage will remain a secret. But remember—this is only temporary. Mom will still prepare a proper, lavish wedding celebration for you. When you’re ready to make it public, just tell me.”

CEO's Hidden Marriage

CEO's Hidden Marriage

“…what he kept nasty secret to himself was the reason for Mr. Adams to do what he did: The secret marriage!” Curiosity hung in the air as the reporters leaned in, their eyes fixed on Kiara. She took a brief pause, allowing her words to sink in before continuing. Kiara maintained her composure, her voice clear and steady. “Mr. Viaan Adams did not enter into a marriage out of choice or deceit. There were unavoidable reasons that forced him into the marriage, and more uncontrollable circumstances compelled him to keep this information private. Hiding: It was not a matter of deception, but rather a matter of protection for Mr. Adams.”
