“You think that because you possess a piece of a god that you can refuse me. But you cannot win. You are simply a speck of dust within this universe, one that should feel privileged to even be acknowledged by a Goddess. To have such great powe—” Before she could finish whatever villain monologue she was spouting, I quickly reached for the silver dagger I’d stashed away. The silver dagger that had been kept safe within Thea’s crypt, waiting for a moment like this. Clarissa had said that the dagger would not work against Nemesis because she was a god at full strength. But Selene had copied what she’d once done to Thea – she’d debased herself to a half mortal in her attempt to hide. And being a

Isak belongs to me, and she knows it. “You take over, Tena,” he said. I shook my head. “No, that’s your throne; that’s your empire you built from the ground; I can’t take over it,” I said. “But what is this tena you are talking about?” Pa asked. “Odin is the god of riches, and he is the king of Tena. There are different kingdoms in Atena. Atena is like a land of supernaturals, the gods. There are so many gods, and a lot of them have their own kingdoms. Mother was the moon goddess, and she had two twin daughters, Selene and Selena. I am Selena, and I was the goddess of war and training to be the moon goddess. My sister was not supposed to be a goddess; she was meant to create bonds between ma

The woman looked displeased as she crossed her arms over her chest, "And you call yourself a Haddock." "Oh---kay." Amira rubbed her temples, "Alright, I fully admit I'm a bit fuzzy of my history at the moment. So please, strange woman with a bow, what am I supposed to know?" The woman eyed her closely as she lowered her arms, "Very well." She rests a hand over her chest, "I am Artemis, Goddess of the Hunt, Wild Animals, Vegetation, Chastity and Childbirth." Amira let out a whistle, "That's quite the title."

No one dared to act rashly. It had been a long time since the Novem Skies had produced a new god of war. That was why things had ended up like this. Just as the situation fell into a stalemate, my wife and sister-in-law arrived. My wife was Nerissa Loden, and she was the goddess of water. My sister-in-law, Aurelia Ignis, was the goddess of fire. The moment I saw them, I subconsciously tightened my clenched fists, while Noctis' gaze turned icy.

She cocked an eyebrow. This made me fall silent and into deep thought. "You're the Moon Goddess, giver of werewolf abilities and Deamian is your son." I said with a shrug. She giggled, "Oh, they still tell you that! That's only a little bit of the truth." She then recovered and continued, saying, "Deamian and I are "Gods" yes. I can grant ordinary beings the power to become half man and half wolf. I can also decide mates for each wolf by locking their souls together.... all except your soul of course” -Lie- “But do you know why I am considered a Goddess?" She asked.

Upon them sat the deities, their presence radiant and commanding, their auras pulsing with the power of the cosmos. Selene, the Moon Goddess, sat at the center, her silver hair cascading down her back like a river of liquid moonlight. Her luminous eyes, usually serene, now carried the burden of sorrow, their glow dimmed by the weight of her thoughts. Beside her, Venus, the Goddess of Love, exuded an aura of soft warmth, her golden curls framing a face that was both gentle and fierce. Her expression, though usually serene, was edged with concern, her fingers tracing idle patterns along the armrest of her throne.

"You seem like you have a lot on your chest lately. Something you need to get off your mind?" "Oh, no," she replied, her voice smooth and condescending, a thin veneer of politeness masking the venom beneath. "I'm perfectly fine. I'm just wondering," she continued, her tone dripping with mock curiosity, "why the goddess would make that kind of mistake, choosing a low-born like you to be her vessel. It seems...uncharacteristic, wouldn't you agree?"

I began, again no interruptions, just silence. "Zelena is the last known female descendant of Selena, the first chosen daughter of the Goddess. She bears the mark of the Moon Goddess and harnesses her powers as well. Zelena is the newborn Triple Goddess”.

I picked up the final sacrifice; a lamb bone wrapped in cedar bark and leaves and placed it inside the bowl of moon water at the centre of the Dias. “Great Goddess Artemis, the Goddess of the hunt and the moon, sister of the Sun God,” I called out to the Goddess. “Give us your strength, mighty Goddess. Your children need your blessing. Give us the strength to bring back peace to our land and defeat the intruders who kill without mercy. Hail Goddess Artemis.” “Hail Goddess Artemis.” The Maidens and I bowed low to the ground, to gather strength and honor the Goddess…and then we rose as one unit. Warriors of Artemis.

It was no wonder why she knew medicine, why she was so good at it, and why he could always see the character of a member of the Lang family from the capital city in her. It could only be explained with one possibility. This Sienna was THAT Sienna. The current abandoned daughter in Isonbert was actually the famous Goddess of War in the capital city! The divine acupuncture master, Cecily; the King of Mercenaries, Lone Shadow; and the Goddess of War, Sienna. It was all one person. It was her! Harry stroked Sienna’s brows lightly with his clean and slender fingers, seeming as if he was talking to himself as he questioned her, “Are you the person that I’ve been looking for?”
