We nod acknowledgment, but none of us can manage to speak. The cleanup takes three long days. We systematically raid the coven, freeing every last captive we can find. With Rowena dead, the iron collars that bound their necks finally lose their power, cracking open and falling away like broken chains. I don't know how to go about this kidnapping seeing as it's my first time keeping someone held captive. Im not going to be an evil captor.
