Alpha's Mage

Alpha's Mage

Jade nodded, her expression thoughtful. However, Erica noticed that there was a kind of colour, a hallo? or was it just smudge of colour? around her parents. It was faint but she could differentiate, it wasn't the colour of the wall cabinets behind them, she squinted, yes it was there. Another delusion? her head throbbing all of sudden. Why was the colour grey? "Oi", her brother's voice made her blink. It was gone. Her gaze flickered to Drake. He tilted his chin just a little, silently asking what had happened. She shook her head.

I am such an idiot. I’ve had this book in my library for an entire month before I decided to give this book a try and I am full of regrets. From beginning to end, this story has been fast past but very detailed, not jeopardizing the plot. I am in love with this book and intrigued by the plot

Beneath The Shadows

Beneath The Shadows

The truck sped across the muddy beaten path full of tire tracks from other vehicles. Lukas stared at the bright sky. Even if it was morning, the fact that the things they fight in the shadows existed made the world a dark one that no sunrise could ever illuminate. Back when he was living in ignorance, everything was colorful but when he was pulled into a battlezone where incarnated nightmares are the belligerents, everything just becomes black and white. And he thought that the Moro rebellion was dark enough. This conflict, simply known in the documents as the Shadow War, had made him see everything.

Shading Black

Shading Black

"Yes he has, Ibekwe. Be strong and have faith." James shuffled towards the door. "James!" "Yes, Ibekwe." "What will you call your new book?" "I thought of a simple but strong name. I will call it: Shading Black: The trilogy of an African village. The name fits it." "James!" Ibekwe called again. "Yes, Ibekwe." "The name of your book is perfect. Thank you for everything." James kept quiet. He raised his hands and wiped the tears in his eyes. "Goodbye, Ibekwe," he said.

THE DAY MY BESTFRIEND STOLE MY FIANCE

THE DAY MY BESTFRIEND STOLE MY FIANCE

She gently tilted the face towards her, but what she met with shocked her to the core. He had light brown hair; the colour of whiskey-on-ice which was fitting since even your first encounter with him was enough to find yourself intoxicated. The colour of fallen leaves, browning with the last rains of Autumns, reminding you that this was the end of a season. His eyes were unseeing but remained slightly ajar revealing tiny flecks of hazel intermingled within his grey eyes. The kind of grey that resembled the lead of a pencil, which was fitting because he had that ability to empower you, to help you with your sense of direction and to decipher right from wrong.

The Abandoned Luna's Return

The Abandoned Luna's Return

[Image: A woman with glowing white hair and void-black eyes looking through a mirror at a girl clutching her heart] ### The Dying of the Light Around us, the world I had just "freed" began to turn into a nightmare of technical errors. The grey grass, which had been soft and real, started to display "WATERMARK" symbols in a faint, translucent white. The sapphire wildflowers flickered like failing neon signs. Even the survivors in the distance—the shifters and the humans who had just begun to embrace—were freezing in place, their bodies becoming semi-transparent as if they were being "Un-Licensed."

THE GRAVE OF GREY AND GOLD

THE GRAVE OF GREY AND GOLD

"They pulled a liter of fluid out of your pleural space. They said the cells they found weren't just inflamed. They were... changing. Crystallizing." "The Grey," I whispered. My voice was a ghost of itself, a raspy tear in the quiet room. "My body is turning into a monument to a pack that hates me. Funny, isn't it?" Silas finally looked at me. His amber eyes were flat, devoid of the pity I’d grown to loathe. "It’s inefficient. You’re no use to me as a corpse, Elara. We have a bridge to build and an empire to dismantle." He stood up and walked over, placing a thin, sleek laptop on my over-bed table. He didn't offer a hand to help me reach it. He knew I’d rather crawl across broken glass than

Mirror of the Greykin

Mirror of the Greykin

"And we see what they want." The two of them moved forward, sticking to the trees and keeping their distance from the group of rebels. As they neared a clearing, Lia spotted them—a group of wolves, their faces weathered and scarred, their eyes sharp with suspicion. They weren’t purebloods. They were Greykin, like her. One of them stepped forward, a woman with silver hair and a black cloak that blended seamlessly into the shadows. Her eyes, like Cassian’s, glowed with a fierce intensity, and she immediately assessed them, her gaze flicking from Lia to Cassian.

SHADES OF ICE AND ASHES

SHADES OF ICE AND ASHES

LILA’S POV I pushed through the revolving door of Apex Media and the whispers hit me like a wave. Two interns at the coffee machine stopped talking the second they saw me. A group by the printers turned their backs too fast. Someone coughed into their sleeve and another phone screen went dark the moment I walked past. My stomach dropped straight to the floor. They knew. Someone knew everything. My skin burned under every stare.

SHADY DESIRES

SHADY DESIRES

I don't! "Um.. How about you ask him when he comes down, baby? You can do that, right?" She nodded with a light smile and a ray of light in her eyes. She looked overjoyed and I could see all the excitement in her face. 'Oh my poor baby.. Why would you fall for Mateo? Hopefully you are not.. That would be epic and all shades of wrong.' I stared deep into her eyes as u thought deeply. "Got him." I heard Michael's voice from behind. Mateo was behind him.. His eyes looked like those of a vampire. He wore black short pants and was shirtless too.. God!
