He was riding so damn fast, I swear my life had flashed before my eyes. Throughout the entire ride, I was certain I was gonna get blown away by all the wind. Still, I tried my best not to whimper like a baby and held my grip tighter around him. Judah only asked for my street address and we didn't speak one word after that.

Had he being the one in his place, he would've wooed her since. "That's my best friend, Tasneem and Tasneem, this is Shaheed, Adam's immediate younger brother." Suhayr introduced already gulping down the grape champagne in one go, she was thirsty after cursing Sa'eed's ancestors. "Tasneem, what a nice name." Shaheed continue to flirt earning himself a hit at the back of the head from his brother. "Thank you." And Tasneem disappeared, blush creeping it's way to her cheeks and neck, both brothers are extremely handsome.

I shoot at him, frustratingly. "Let her go." Cicero chuckles. "She'll meet his corpse. I'll make sure of that" "You will do no such thing!" "Wanna bet?" He asks, wearing a cocky grin. "Ci," Papa calls. "Take it easy on your sister." "He's not my f*ckin brother!" I snap. "Fair enough," Papa murmurs, then he shakes his head and sighs. I bet he’s re-living the times I'd have a series of arguments with Cicero and all those tantrums and hot-headedness.

I almost blurted out a resounding ‘YES’, but thankfully, I was able to think before talking and I shut my mouth. What if he was just joking? I thought. “What do you say?” Blake asked, looking at me intently while I just bit my lower lip nervously, and just as I attempted to open my mouth to speak, his brothers walked in looking rather serious. “Son of a bitch!!!” I heard one of his brothers say, at the same time I saw a punch flying into Blake’s face and he was thrown to the ground. I shut my eyes for a minute, what had I done?

"Come back." Natasha stared at him and then slowly she shook her head. "No." Evan stepped forward again and Natasha immediately took a step back, the movement wasn't lost on him. For a brief moment, something dark crossed his face. Possessiveness, Anger, Desperation, A dangerous combination. Before he could say anything else, another car stopped at the curb, a familiar black sedan. The passenger window lowered. Ethan. Neither brother had expected to see the other, the temperature seemed to drop instantly. Ethan looked from Evan to Natasha.

Ready to make him bleed. But Caius held me back. “Don’t,” he muttered through clenched teeth, his own anger radiating over me too. “You know by now he acts childish and petty when angry.” My chest heaved, heart racing with rage, muscles twitching like I was ready to shift into my wolf form and end this whole damn brotherhood. Zane just stared back with pride in his eyes because he knew he was immune to my anger. He turned, snatching a towel off the armrest like this was some casual gym day.

My body clenched for a whole new reason and I pressed my thighs together. “And why is that?” He asked. Is he trying to embarrass me on purpose? I thank goodness when I felt someone approaching and realized it was my brother. I was saved. “Scooch.” Kelvin waved me to move farther into the booth. I reluctantly shifted inside and looked entirely at my brother, trying to ignore his best friend. I felt his stare on me though, he was annoyed that I hadn't been able to respond. His jaw tightened than usual when I managed to look up again.

Zayan smirked, looking at her tensed figure, thinking that she planned the best escape from her predator. Zayan's smirk fell as he saw the person who pulled the window down. It was Sharaiz, his brother. Sharaiz looked at the camera which was on top of the gate of their mansion from the car, knowing Zayan would see him. Sharaiz smirked at him. Zayan clenched his jaw and fist. "This stunt wouldn't be pulled, Duaa Zayan Khan!"he said through his gritted teeth. ZAYAN That shouldn't have been done, Duaa.

He was so calm and collected, especially next to Cody, who was being extra careful. Charles played with the cup in his hand and took a leisurely sip before he asked, "Is your sister friends with the Shaw family's daughter?" Cody's head shot up. "My sister has lots of friends, and I don't really get involved in that, so..." He watched Charles's face, trying to figure out what to say. However, Charles raised an eyebrow, clearly not buying it. Cody frowned a little. "Well, yes, I've heard her talk about Ms. Winter Shaw, but it's usually girly conversation, so I don't really get involved in her friendships."

It feels like I haven't seen him in years. "Who the fuck are you? How did you get past our patrol" my brother snaps clearly recognizing Boyd's shifter scent, but Boyd doesn't answer him. He begins to march toward Wyatt with bloodlust in his eyes and my trance is instantly broken. I immediatly jump in front of Wyatt and spread my arms protectively. "This is my brother! Boyd stop. He is my brother," I yell and Boyd freezes in his tracks.
